VERY DISAPPOINTING that companies feel operating like this is the norm.😤
I recently called to purchase an item (110-SFA444) with the low price guarantee and was told I could not do that (https://www.bestar2go.com/helpcenter.aspx?page=about#lowprice). I was then told that I could not purchase individual pieces although the website states no such stipulation (https://www.bestar2go.com/helpcenter.aspx?page=order). Additionally, I was told that I would be unable to return the single piece item, which again, goes against the publication on your website (https://www.bestar2go.com/helpcenter.aspx?page=ship Returns & Damage Section)

This is very unsettling as many items which tend to be boasted about are not honored or even attempted to be honored. Price match site was "https://www.homeshoppingmalls.com/connexion-oversized-pedestal-ready-to-assembl...⇄ but I was never able to get this far in the conversation with your rep based on the above "caveats" to your products and ordering process.

After posting on their facebook page on Friday, I received a call from the owner stating that the rep was stating stipulations because many order the wrong items and return them, but that she said I did have the desk, so the piece was correct. He then went on to say that they typically don't sell parts but only complete sets, but their site is full of parts (pieces) which can be ordered without any stipulations, such as tray, doors, pedestals (like I was looking for, or more. He then offered to sell the desk at his cost of $124 + $30 freight which I found outrageous that the markup was so high as the piece on their site was $247 - over a 60% markup for being a middle man. Additionally, I am unsure where they get their original price of $413 which the state you are getting a 40% discount from, when the maker of the item itself, sells the unit for $243, less then their displayed discounted price.🤯

To top it all off, my post was removed, so I have reposted this as a review and will additionally post to other sites as well as the BBB.

Not Happy
Everything 2 Go says they cannot help me with an order that I placed with them. they cannot help me with furniture that has not arrived, they cannot help me with furniture that arrived damaged. They cannot help me. I have to call Bush Industries instead. Bush Industries is not taking calls due to covid. They said to go to their website and use chat. I did that. It has been an hour and no response. I would not recommend.

After reading the negative reviews on here I decided to call them before placing an order. The owner answered the phone and answered my questions and concerns about the negative reviews of his business. He reassured me that he conducts business in a very professional manner. After a few minutes on the phone I told him that I would move forward with the purchase. Delivery expected in 1-2 weeks. It showed up on the 7th day. I have nothing but good things to say about this business. Owner answered the phone, responded to my concerns about reviews, delivered the product earlier than I expected. Thank you.

Best price I can fine and fast service.

My first order was great. Desks arrived on time and were delivered to my office on the 2nd floor.
Everything with my second order was great until I was called by the delivery driver and told that I had to go down and bring my desks up. Called Officefurniture2go and was told that I had to pay a fee to have it delivered to my office! So me and a co-worked had to bring everything up from an alley around the corner.

No I order this piece 5/22/16 they sent me a confirmation staying the tracking number and it would be deliver no later then June 6. So Yesterday I looked you the tracking to see If I need my husband home for this 200lbs. delivery. Needless to find it hasn't even left the shipping stop. Just been sitting there since the 22nd.I called them today and all they could say I will get in touch with the shipper and see where it is at. I explained to the that this is a gift and asked them to please talk to the shipping supervisor to please make sure this moves as soon as possible. She said the dont call the supervisor but they will call and check on it,but it will probably take a day or two to send me a new confirm and tracking info. So who know when I will receive my item or where it is at. I work in logistics for 20 years and I would never not go above and beyond for this when I told them it for a gift. They didn't even ask what is the latest day you need this by. They would be better off not having a live customer it would be leave a voice mail. Consider the two people I talk too couldn't supply any info.

We ordered a desk from this business. They said they had discontinued their "white glove" service, which assembles the furniture if required and places the assembled furniture in your house where you want it. They said that all they do is bring it into the house unassembled. They also said it was only in two pieces, easy to assemble. My wife and I are older and although this was inconvenient, as long as it was brought inside, I agreed to the terms. I told them that when I returned from my business trip I could get someone to help me move it. My wife has been sick and weak from her ailment, besides being in her 70's, so it's important that the deliverer must bring it into the house, I told them. No problem, they said.
First thing that happened after I placed the order is they gave me an incorrect tracking number. I was actually tracking a delivery to a city across the country, it turned out. When I called and asked why my desk was heading in an opposite direction, they realized the number was wrong and gave me the right one.
Then the big issue: When the desk showed up, the driver refused to take the desk inside (meanwhile I'm away on my business trip). The ABF freight driver, even seeing that my wife couldn't possibly handle this heavy piece of furniture, left it on the porch. No matter that she told him we were assured that the delivery would be to the inside of the house, he flat refused. So there it sat till she found someone to help her that evening.
I called the furniture 2go.com outfit and they said they would give me a credit for $150. $150 is not sufficient, and I don't mean I want a higher amount. I want not to be lied to and I want not to create a burden on my 73 year old sick wife.
You'll be getting another complaint about ABF too.
What kind of furniture store doesn't deliver into the house? What kind of outfit lies about it? One that shouldn't be in business in the first place.

I am waiting on the 3rd bar stool seat replacement t. Obviously there is no quality control associated with this business. Will not use this business again.

On 04/14/2014 I have ordered a $597 office desk from officefurniture2go.com. The shipping and receiving is fine with normal time. The problem is to assemble furniture together. 1. The labels on the board are mismatching and confusion. eg, I was looking for F boards, they actually are all Q boards and no F boards. 2. The margin are small so no more flexible expecially for top board. It is very difficult to put top board on. 3. The drawers slider is not working. I have used WD40 many times to make it working. 4. all the drawers including center drawer are difficult to sliding. some stopped in the middle can not going in. I have assembled several furniture before by myself. This is the worst one. I would not recommend anyone buy furniture from them. This is The bad quality furniture I have ever seen before.

Everything went fine. They were quick to replace a damaged package which arrived. Customer service was prompt and accurate.
