I worked diligently to design the sign I wanted and was very specific about the text on my Neon sign and not one time did they indicate they would not be able to accommodate my requestOnce we settled on a design I made the purchase for about $They manufactured the sign exactly like one of the early designs I rejected, basically they used the wrong image in the manufacturing processThey took the sign back and reworked it but did not conform to the design at which point they told me they would not be able to accommodate my request and all sales are finalI attempted to work through this with them but they were not willing to resolve my issue, I also attempted to use an outside source to get a refund but again they were not willing to comply
