Eve's Bed & Breakfast

Review: The house located at Eve's Place does not represent the pictures displayed on her website. There is plastic vinyl on furniture, blankets and sheets are extremely old and appear to have not been laundered. I took a few pictures of one bed. Her one and only bathroom does not have any electrical outlet whatsoever. The kitchen had bad dead animal smell near sink and in corner at pantry/hall door. The dust and air quality was poor and made it difficult to sleep.

This house is not a bed and breakfast as advertised. It is a house in Brooklyn. No one lives on the property. The breakfast consisted of opening refrigerator and finding a dozen eggs, stick of butter, sliced cheese and bottle of fruit juice. Also one loaf of bread and coffee on counters.

We had a 4 night reservation and asked for a partial refund. She has not responded at all. We only spent the first night of our reservation.Desired Settlement: We paid $561.60 including 17% tax in cash to stay at this property. I paid via my [redacted] account after she emailed me the invoice on August **, 2014.

The website Eve presents is false. The reviews are clearly modified to a great extent on the positive side. The reviews should be removed.

I would like a full refund for $480 for rental cost (not including tax)
