this person was still an employee of theres when they sold me this vehicle with a blown engine and all these other problem they put in a used engine with approx100,mileage the garage stated called me yesterday april 25,said they had to charge the battery and I could come get it but other things were not fixed only to get a call back that they test drove it and the check engine was coming on get a call today that a sensor was bad and now once again is ready to come and get but some other things were fixed and some have not yet and looking over my contract don't look like my came off but was added?i have also contacted the attorney generals office and filed complaint w/top class a lawsuit

We have been in contact with the customer and the shop is working on checking complaintsWe have already authorized the garage to perform repairs and the customer is fully informedThe salesman didn't live up to Evia standards and is no longer employed

The customer has a problem with their engine after purchase and we installed a used engine at zero charge to the customerCustomer was instructed to return in miles to look over vehicle to make sure there were no oil leaks etcCustomer failed to return in miles, however, called us with
over 2,miles and said they were busy that's why they couldn't come inWe still got the vehicle back in to inspect our work and the replacement engine as a courtesy to the customerThey had a few additional concerns that we addressed as well, again at zero charge to the customerWe had to order emergency brake cables that wouldn't be in until Monday of the following week and the customer was advisedWe talked to Mr*** who was extremely tough to talk to due to his "hot temper" according to Mrs***I asked Mr.*** not to have any communication with us at that point and we would only speak to Mrs***She asked if they could pick the vehicle up to use for the weekend and they would return it Monday for the brake cablesI told them it wasn't a good idea but she became angry so we arranged for her to pick up the vehicleUnfortunately, Mr*** and his daughter arrived to pick the vehicle up and he was not nice at allHe wouldn't say what he was angry about but he was very threateningAt one point he became so enraged he charged at my salesman with clenched fist saying he was going to kill himhe actually did that a second time after I was called by my salesman to come up front and I witnessed hi behavior first handI calmed him down and escorted him to his vehicleAt that time I explained he couldn't attempt assault on my employees ad he wasn't allowed on the property going forwardI explained if he came back we would press chargesI then called his wife back after he had let the dealership and explained what happened to herAgain, she told me he has a severe temper issue, however, she apologized for him and assured me he wouldn't be back hereMrs*** told me she would bring the vehicle back the following Monday herself, but she never showed or calledI hadn't heard from them until yesterdayI returned a phone call from them and spoke to Mr***, who again was hostileHe said they never brought the vehicle in because Mrs*** doesn't have a license to drivethen he disconnected the callI tried to call back but they wouldn't answerI still have the parts I ordered and would be willing to install those, again at zero charge, only if Mr*** didn't bring the vehicle and whomever does bring the vehicle is nice and respectfulThey would have to drop the vehicle off and pick it up when it was completedAny other work they would want done would need to be taken somewhere elseThey have an extended warranty they purchased but have no warranty or goodwill left with EviaIf they are not completely respectful in any future correspondence with us we wouldn't be willing to do anything for themAgain, Mr*** isn't allowed on the propertyIf he ignores that demand we will call the police and press charges for trespassing and assault Regards,Jim A***PresidentEvia Auto Sales, Inc

Check engine light came on for an efficiency codeA common cause for these type of codes is bad gas or more specifically moisture in the fuel systemA cheap blend of gas can also cause the light to come onAfter discussing the issue with the customer and the customer telling me he uses the lowest
octane fuel I explained to him that it could be a fuel issueThe vehicle was running fine so I advised him we would reset the light and to run a couple of tanks of better fuel through the vehicle and then we would recheck if the code came backIf it did we would schedule an appointment to diagnose the causeThe other option was to get the vehicle in for diag immediately, however, if it was a fuel issue the customer would be charged for the diag as well as the repairPoor fuel quality is not covered under our warranty or his extended warrantyIt was in the customers best interest to do it the way we both agreed would be the course of action. The customer came in to pick up his registration and said he had used one tank of better fuelI told him to run one more tank, again the vehicle has been running fine, and then we would address the issue if there was an issueHe became extremely angry and started shouting and using profanityI challenged what he was saying and he got even angrierI told him if he was going to act like that he would either need to apologize or leaveHe elected to leave. If he wants to apologize and act respectful going forward I would be happy to inspect the vehicle for himI was never trying to push away a customer issue, simply trying to help a customer avoid a potential costly repairIf the problem wasn't fuel related we would have been happy to correct it under warrantyThe offer stands if he would like to resolve the issue

The customer just doesn't appear to want to resolve this with any measure of civilityPer NYS we are not obligated to repair this vehicle for efficiency/emissions codes, however, as one last attempt to go the extra distance I will extend a final offer for the customer to make an appointment with our service department to diagnose and repair the vehicle provided he acts respectfullyIf the customer chooses this offer we will make the necessary repair if needed at no cost to the customerIf he would rather take the vehicle to another shop we will not offer to pay for any repairs and the customer will need to pay themThis offer is only good until Jan 15,2016. If he doesn't make an appointment with us by then we will consider the offer rejected and we will retract the offer

If anyone is owed an apology it should be I, for the poor customer service I've received from Evia Auto Sales. My *** *** has had the engine light on since day two of my purchase I was told they were in the process of having the repair shop built and as soon as they were up an running they would look at it I was told to run octane in my *** which I immediately started to do This was in the beginning of August, 2015.I then stopped in to the shop to pick up my registration in SeptI informed them the light was still on. The owner Jim said continue to use octane the repair shop is still not up and running I then stated that this was getting ridiculous, when would the shop be done to get this looked at? Jim the owner then started to raise his voice and using foul language, told me to get out of his shop and don't come back He wasn't fixing nothing He stated I'm sick of people thinking I'm trying to rip them off.I had every intention of letting Evia take care of this matter but because I've gotten no where and have been waiting since the end of July to have my *** repaired I recently took my *** to my mechanic because it's now at the point that it's becoming sluggish Comb's ran a diagnostic test on itComes up and code, which is emissions problem After Combs looking into this further, he informed me that the issue was a bad catalytic converter This is extremely costly repair I've enclosed the estimated amount I hope you would make good in this matter and let us have this repaired by our mechanic or a *** dealership

I just spoke with *** *** *** ***They acknowledged we are helping them with any issues they hadI'm not sure why they responded negatively to my previous responseAs for the trade allowance...it certainly came off the selling price and was not added.? Jim A***PresidentEvia Auto Sales, Inc

The customer just doesn't appear to want to resolve this with any measure of civility. Per NYS we are not obligated to repair this vehicle for efficiency/emissions codes, however, as one last attempt to go the extra distance I will extend a final offer for the customer to make an appointment with our service department to diagnose and repair the vehicle provided he acts respectfully. If the customer chooses this offer we will make the necessary repair if needed at no cost to the customer. If he would rather take the vehicle to another shop we will not offer to pay for any repairs and the customer will need to pay them. If anyone is owed an apology it should be I, for the poor customer service I've received from Evia Auto Sales. My 2007 [redacted] has had the engine light on since day two of my purchase.  I was told they were in the process of having the repair shop built and as soon as they were up an running they would look at it.  I was told to run 89 octane in my [redacted] which I immediately started to do.  This was in the beginning of August, 2015.I then stopped in  to the shop to pick up my registration in Sept.. I informed them the light was still on. The owner Jim said continue to use 89 octane the repair shop is still not up and running.  I then stated that this was getting ridiculous, when would the shop be done to get this looked at?  Jim the owner then started to raise his voice and using foul language, told me to get out of his shop and don't come back.  He wasn't fixing nothing.  He stated I'm sick of people thinking I'm trying to rip them off.I had every intention of letting Evia take care of this matter but because I've gotten no where and have been waiting since the end of July 2015 to have my [redacted] repaired.  I recently took my [redacted] to my mechanic because it's now at the point that it's becoming sluggish.  Comb's ran a diagnostic test on it. Comes up and 0420 code, which is emissions problem.  After Combs looking into this further, he informed me that the issue was a bad catalytic converter.  This is extremely costly repair.  I've enclosed the estimated amount.  I hope you would make good in this matter and let us have this repaired by our mechanic or a [redacted] dealership.

Todd R[redacted]

We have repaired every issue Ms. [redacted] has ever complained about. We have even attempted to repair issues she has brought up but we could never verify, meaning the car wouldn't display the symptoms whenever she visited us. She complained about a misfire, however, the vehicle would run perfect when...

she brought it in. If we are all being honest I'm sure she would admit that. Even though we couldn't duplicate the problem we replaced the ignition coil just in case it was an intermittent problem. That was the last I heard from her. Now, backing up to Mothers Day...her son bought her a 2011 Chevy Silverado as a gift. Is this why she has decided she doesn't need a car payment?Either way, she has an extended warranty that she purchased so she can take the vehicle to many different shops if she would like. I would even offer to send it to a transmission shop, at my cost for diag, to make sure the vehicle runs good and shifts properly. If she would like me to do that she can call anytime and I will make the appointment...no charge to her. If they find an issue I will even pay the deductible her warranty calls for.Regards,[redacted]PresidentEvia Auto Sales, Inc
