Horrible, heartless, selfish, greedy is what this company represents. They are not the doctors working with the patient with cancer they are the junk yard dogs that guard insurance money. Hope they all suffer the same fate of illness and have to go through a begging process for what they are paying for!!!!! Disgusting company

Bills weren't even paid to providers and after 3.5 hours back and forth with them and Cigna, results stated that the system didn't upload between them.

very poor experience with them for a pre employment screen, I was expected to provide info from five years back, I did not have the w2s as I shred material such as this never before have I been asked for these, offered to contact irs and was told too long, one former employers policy was not to verify I tried everything I could to get the information I forwarded emails indicative by the conversation I had a prior working relationship so I was penalized as the former company did not do this. surely they would have other tools to check this, the rep was rude and demanding demanded information I had already sent as she choose not to look and see the documents I had attatched
