I bought my year old son (who is of very thin build) the echo ar-for christmas ($130.00) It is advertised as a full metal airsoft rifle The very first day my son used this rifle he tripped with the gun and it literally broke in half (the metal) I contacted Evike, this was our first purchase from them, and was told sorry that's not part of the warranty they could try and fix it for $an hour but they have no parts and I would need to contact echo and try and get the part then mail it to Evike for $and pay to have it mailed back for $ I contacted Echo and was told sorry gun was discontinued and they have no parts for repairs I am disappointed in both companies We have a worthless expensive gun that hasn't held up as well as plastic guns that were half the price As well you can't leave a review on their web site at all

Spent hundreds of dollars on two [redacted] and accessoriesReceived multiple broken productsThey would only refund the smaller items and not the broken [redacted] What a shameThey claim a day warranty but won't enforce it

Evike is a great and huge company Most airsoft operations I go to are sponsored by or have something to do with Evike Over the past years I have spent dollars on the website and everything I got was perfect The only con is that they are so big, it takes them a while to ship and process, otherwise, they are great

Good prices but no customer service or integrityIf there is a problem with the product function you are on your own Not worth the risk I will never use Evike again

I contacted Evike, this was our first purchase from them, and was told sorry that's not part of the warranty they could try and fix it for $35.00 an hour but they have no parts and I would need to contact echo 1 and try and get the part then mail it to Evike for $10.00 and pay to have it mailed back for $10.00. I contacted Echo 1 and was told sorry gun was discontinued and they have no parts for repairs. I am disappointed in both companies. We have a worthless expensive gun that hasn't held up as well as plastic guns that were half the price.
As well you can't leave a review on their web site at all.

[redacted] sucks, I bought their Matrix Sterling and they shipped it with parts missing when I asked them to send the parts they basically refused and said because I had already started to modify it that I had voided the warranty but they sent an incomplete item so what's the warranty got to do with it! Worst customer service ever!!

The short of it:

2007 I purchased a gun, they shipped me the wrong one and refused to pay return shipping so I ended up keeping the beat up, wrong one they sent me.

Also in 2007 I back ordered a $1200 gun. Six months later after numerous attempts to contact them they just update the back order page without contacting me. I called the manufacturer and they said the guns were never going to be produced again. After another month evike finally refunded my money but never responded to me.

In 2008 they send me ony six of nine items on my order. They never responded to my emails or calls. I never got the other three items.

Last month they AGAIN sent me the wrong gun. It took 26 days from the date of payment for them to get the returned gun. I knew it was going to be a hassle so I just placed another order from a diffrerent company. They initially refused a refund but after I got paypal involved it was taken care of.

In the beginning, Evike 's service was fast and professional. But lately, specifically the past two orders. they have either sold products that were out of stock, purposely delayed processing orders to hinder shipping window agreements (2 day express etc.).And demand instant payment ,but are very slow to refund your money if you must cancel an order for being oversold on out of stock products. Their system won't allow you to exchange or even receive store credit for back ordered or oversold items. You must cancel entire order or accept partial shipment on order's that are basically useless because they sold a AEG that was not in stock or defective, and act surprised that don't still want the accessories for that no longer available item. They claim to ship EXPRESS orders the same day if placed before 1pm (PST) , but my order was processed on 10:35am and still not shipped , even though they claimed it would be. Their customer service leaves some thing s to be desired. I have spent a healthy amount of money with them in the past, but their recent lapse in service makes want to spend my money with some other site who stands behind their policies better and treats their customer with more personal service. Thank you
