STAY AWAY. They tell you all good things to you in initial conversation.

(I should have checked the reviews in yelp or Angies list first. ALL residential customers post one star in Yelp! Angies list report "C" , one A and one F, and my F will be added)

They don't follow what they promised and no apology nor refund but only rude attitude back at you.

We knew our HVAC system duct wrap is asbestos. We needed to find out if the dust in the vent is contaminated with asbestos from outside of the vent.

Friday, Rep [redacted] said we have to start with the basic test to see if material consists of asbestos by law or procedure or some sort. But they will take a dust sample together to save the next trip and hundreds of dollars just to come back to the site.

Project manger was supposed to call us on Monday morning to go over things. No call.

I called after 2pm. Reception had no idea about my project. [redacted] (project manager) called back and went over only the pricing,

Test result came back. They only checked if asbestos is used in the materials...which we are all aware, and that is the whole reason we went to them referred by AAA.

I called them and asked for the explanation of this misconduct. Technician said he will call back within a couple of hours. No call. I called [redacted] (the rep), he remembered our communication and what he promised, and he said he will call back, and never called back. Receptionist who was nice the day before is completely defensive.

Next day, [redacted] (project manager) sent me only a quote for next step, over $5000!

No explanation, No recommendation, nothing, just the next quote.

We talked on the phone. He says plan had to be changed. No, you don't change plan and conduct job without telling us. If he told about the plan change, we did not conduct the test that costs several hundred dollars for the fact we already knew.

I asked for basic ask: Refund or conduct one dust testing [redacted] promised with out the trip fee of $500 (yes, they charge $500 to just go back. That was why we needed the sample of dust collected on the first trip and that to be tested after the basic test comes out positive on material content which we knew to come out positive)

[redacted], then completely and suddenly changed the attitude, made it very obvious he is NOT listening a word of what I say like a child would often does.

Completely their fault of miscommunication among themselves (I am sure [redacted] and [redacted] did not even talk in details.) OR, [redacted] and his office team member screwed up by not telling us the "plan change" which was not communicated to me.

In return, I got truly rude attitude from [redacted]. NO explanation of testing result, NO recommendation, nothing.

Look at all residential Yelpers review. It has a clear pattern. They tell you all good things to initiate the business, then if something happens, no apology, no nothing.

Angies list also shows, "C" review. one is A and other is F before I post F review.

Isnt it so clear? STAY AWAY!!!!
