Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me as the refund was issuedHowever let it be known that the service was NEVER indicated as being NON-REFUNDABLE I put in the claim with the bank because I did not take part in any of the boot camp other than one phone call with *** *** at the start of it and when I asked about a refund it took days for him to respond Essentially the program turned into a "do it yourself" boot camp with minimal guiding from *** which I found would not work for meI could do that for free It is my error that I did not do more research on my end to see what the coaching and therapy actually entailed Nevertheless I am satisfied that the refund has finally been issued and feel that it would not have been done unless I took this action

Hi,I am very familiar with [redacted] and her situation.  She signed up for a non-refundable coaching course but partway through decided she no longer wanted to participate.  I agreed to refund her half of the price of the course and she agreed and was pleased.  While the refund was...

processing, she contacted her credit card company and claimed the charge was fraudulent (a chargeback), and the entire purchase price was withdrawn from my account while the credit card company did their due diligence.  Because of the claim of fraud (which isn't accurate), I was unable to issue the refund until the chargeback was reversed because the funds were no longer mine and had already been removed.  I responded to the credit card chargeback with evidence the transaction was not fraudulent, and eventually the funds were returned to my account and I issued the $500 refund as agreed.  Had the false claim of fraud not been made by the customer, I would have been able to issue the refund sooner, but that is out of my hands once the credit card company reverses the payment.  I actually DID issue the refund and was informed of the chargeback the same day, so I voided the refund so I wasn't sending the customer an additional $500.  Below is a screen capture of the refund that has already been issued.   I have also attached the documentation I provided in response to the chargeback.  I have tried at every turn to issue a refund to the customer that I was never obligated to provide for a non-refundable purchase, and I am sorry it took longer than expected, but the timeline was a result of actions taken on the customers part and not mine.  Thanks, [redacted]Documentation Link:  [redacted]

Review: I ordered a book and CD package from this company over a month ago. I have tried to email and leave phone messages for them with no response.Desired Settlement: I just would like my purchase price and shipping charges refunded. Which is $133.97.

The below is what was sent to the customer. Her delivery was returned to us as Refused, but that seems to be an error or some kind. We have reshipped her order at no charge and also refunded her payment in full. Thanks!

Review: I had signed up for a Anxiety Training Boot camp with Evolution 2 Media back in June 2014. Unfortunately the timing of this boot camp and my current life circumstances did not allow me to participate in the program despite my good intentions. Considering the high cost of this boot camp ($997), I contacted [redacted] of Evolution 2 Media and asked if I could receive a refund. [redacted] stated that since the Boot camp was underway, he would be happy to refund me $500. spotty

Prior to hearing back from him I did file a dispute with my credit card on the charge since it took him a few days to respond to my original request and was not sure how he would respond. Since we agreed the $500 credit was fair I have successfully closed the dispute as of August 27th and the fund were re accessed by the merchant thereafter. There is no reason why this refund should be delayed any longer and the spotty communication has been frustrating.Desired Settlement: I would like to have the promised $500 refunded immediately to my credit card. Citibank has confirmed that Evolution 2 Media has accessed the funds.
