Evolution Appliance Repair

Brian *** our repair guy, owner of business, is not very good with his customer at all. The best thing about him is he is a polite person and that’s about it. I spent 3 weeks with him on a refridgerator repair and all throughout the process I’m left in the dark.
It started out weird and I should of took that as a clue. He never gave us an official estimate, and we never know when he is coming to the house. What I mean by that is he never shows up when he is suppose to and never calls to tell us when he is coming by. In matter of fact I usually give him 30 mins to an hour to call before I start to contact him. That itself is a nightmare. I also notice that he throws me at the end of his appointment as a final stop and even then he be forgetting tools or lacking supply’s. the worst part is, he torched a part on my refridge so now he can’t fixed the refridge. His solution find a replacement which he sent me out to look at. I went out there to see a refridge that is much smaller a 22” which he told me is a 28” ( mine is a 31.7” refridge) That is a much cheaper And dirty used refridgerator that I would have to pay some money to get. After being frustrated, we told him we would like to be compensated for the damage and he can take our refridge and for him to com up with a price he feels comfortable. Oh I forgot to mention, the refridge has a warranty so the manufacture sent in a New replacement part for both the main chip board and compressor. The compressor is the only part that is broken. Even after all of that, I tried to keep an open mind, never was rude, never showed my anger, and was patient with him. Now, he won’t return calls or text.
Please whoever read this, do not do business with this business or person. This is not just a bad review, but also a warning.
