Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:This is an incorrect statementI have definitely been to the business approxplus timesEvery time I stated my complaint and was told " to bring it by sometime" and they would look at itI then asked if I needed appointment and was told "NO" on numerous occasionsThe next time I "took it by" they did not look at it and I was told the same thingI consulted with my husband regarding his visit to the dealer, he stated he was not offered a new systemI did have ONE appointment several weeks ago, but after being told by the owner that"I make him not want to work on my vehicle" I called the evening before and left a message to cancel appointmentI do not feel comfortable with Evolution Audio working on my vehicle Sincerely, [redacted] ***

Audio Dynamics retail assets have been sold and is no longer in retail businessHowever, it is impossible for an amplifier to harm a head unit / in-dash radioSome radios have too low of an output voltage to drive an amplifier to full power outputThis is a possible reason the amplifier level control was adjusted all of the way upThe level control has a low to high range so it can match the output voltage of the source that is providing signalAll of the product Audio Dynamics has sold maintains a manufacturer's warrantyPast labor warranties only covered faulty connectionsAudio Dynamics is no longer in retail business, therefore, in incapable of servicing past customer's requests

Originally, we installed an integration wiring module that was needed for the installation of the radio but the integration module seemed to have a defect which caused the customer's issue Finally we have received the replacement integration wiring module and have worked it out with the
customer to have us replace the part

I am rejecting this response because: I am still out money an time with my car An leaving me standed I payed an still not fixed an treated rudly by a staff member I want my money back I have been lied to the whole time

She has come back time and rescheduled and missed her appointment or timesShe definitely had an appointment weeks ago and did not show upI told her husband we would tear out the old system and put an entire new one inWe are still willing to take care of the issue

I am rejecting this response because:This is an incorrect statement. I have definitely been to the business approx. 6 plus times. Every time I stated my complaint and was told " to bring it by sometime" and they would look at it. I then asked if I needed appointment and was told "NO" on numerous occasions.
