I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # ***. The problem was taken care of by a different drain company now, and the determination was made by them to change the piping so that this would not back up again. They evidently could pinpoint the source and solve the problem

I responded to mrs [redacted] because she was having problems with her sewer apon arrivel she had shone me where the last drain cleaner had cleaned the drain from it was not the proper cleanout. In the front of the house were the pit is where it should have been cleaned from she had a illegal pump system...

tyed into her main cleanout cover.the first problem is you are pumping excess ground water and debris wicth I had told her.I spent hrs cleaning up raw sewerge vacing and dumping outside out of the goodness of my heart.I was called back a week latter for the same problem recleaned the line no charge.I told her at this time that the illegal pump system would have to be removed the line would have to be cleaned then cameraed to see what was happening.the line could be base rotted or filled with rockes and dirt and that it would cost extra for the pump removel and to be cameraed then put back properly she was not paying and she was going to keep having the same problem.                 [redacted] owner
