Evolution Cell Phone Repairs

Took Motorola phone in for a cracked screen repair on a SaturdayNew screen needed to be ordered so paid $70, screen to arrive on TuesdayTook phone in on Tuesday, screen replaced but now phone does not receive or make calls and textsI messaged [redacted] and stated he would let his tech, [redacted] knowI took phone back the following Saturday and was told another part needed to be replaced as it was bent or broken [redacted] said they needed to order the part but not charge me and it would take daysToday I text at 4:30pm requesting an update and he responded that parts were receivedKeeping fingers crossed, hopefully phone will be repaired tomorrow because it doesn't seem they like to give refundsLifetime warranty but don't want to keep having to return

I TOOK MY TABLET TO GET THE CRACKED SCREEN REPAIREDMY TABLET WAS FUNCTIONING JUST FINE WITH THE SCREEN HAVING BEEN CRACKED FOR OVER A YEARI ORDERED THE PART ON NOV22.THE PART TOOK WEEKS TO COME IN DECI TOOK MY TABLET OVER AND *** THE TECHNICIAN SAID HE WOULD WORK ON IT THEN AND THEREIT TOOK HIM OVER AN HOUR TO TAKE IT APART AND PUT IT BACK TOGETHERWHEN IT WAS COMPLETED, I TURNED THE TABLET ON, STILL BEING AT THE STORE IN FRON OF ***, AND CHECKED MY SD CARD AND REALIZED THE MOVIES, PICTURES, ETCSTORED IN THERE WERE WIPED OUTTHE TABLET KEPT TURNING OFF ON ITS OWN SO I SHOWED *** THAT IT WAS TURNIN OFF ON ITS OWN WITHIN SECONDS OF BEING TURNED ON AND HE SAID THE POWER BUTTON MUST BE LOOSEHE PUSHED THE POWER BUTTON IN AND OUT AND TOLD ME IT SHOULD BE WORKINGTHERE WAS ALSO A PLASTIC PROTECTANT OVER THE SCREEN AND HE ADVISED ME NOT TO TAKE IT OFFDAYS LATER I WANTE TO USE MY TABLET, THE TABLET DOESNT TURN ON ANYMORE AND WHEN I LIFTED THE PROTECATANT, THE
