Personal training sessions not used. Refund requested, and confirmed amount by the trainer, head office has not issued since request was made April 30
In January 2019, I purchased a package of 10 personal training sessions. I was told that if I did not use them or was not satisfied. I could ask for a reimbursement for the unused sessions less 10% fee. The personal trainer confirmed by email that I used 4 sessions and that I was entitled to a refund of $282.90. I requested this refund April 30th, and no one from head office has contacted me after several attempts from the Gatineau location and myself.
