Date: 4/14/17Please see my online response below to [redacted] after she left negative reviews about her experience at [redacted] .com and ***.comThis explains our positionWe are not issuing a refund (a copy of our Terms and Conditions is included in this document which expressly states that no refunds are issuedShe is receiving a service and new intangible documents are shared with her via email throughout the process so there is no recourse we can take to regain property of the information specifically written for herThere is nothing preventing her from using the resume we created and professionally recommend based on her experienceShe had to agree to these Terms and Conditions prior to placing an order on our website to get started.4/6/Hi [redacted] , I am disappointed that you have such negative feelings regarding your experience with usHowever, as previously stated multiple times via phone and email, we made every attempt to work with you and schedule phone consultations to ensure you and your writer developed a strong Working relationshipYou had indicated that you were "too busy" for an initial call, so Steve created a preliminary draft with the expectation of having a call to discuss once it was shared with you.I personally reviewed the draft and felt it was a great starting point so he shared it with you and did not hear anything for two weeksDespite our clear process of having days to make any and all revision requests you see fit, we had assumed you were pleased with the document since new sections were created and content was woven in to strategically help you with regard to Applicant Tracking Systems.Your comments regarding the "irrelevant" or "nonsensical terms" were made without a clear understanding of the expectations of today's successful resumeEvery phrase and keyword found within your resume is relative to your experience and what most job descriptions will contain to qualify you as a candidate.I reviewed every email exchange and personally spoke with you over the phone for minutes to resolve your Concerns and respectfully requested that you work with Steve to make any and all adjustmentsAs he has had over years' experience as a professional resume writer and career coach, I am more than confident in his abilities and am very particular with who have on my team. Our pricing is a reflection of the several hours spent on each project and the expertise of our writers (some of whom sit on the board for the Professional Association of Resume Writers and Career Coaches). One of our resumes was recently praised by the CEO of *** for a member within their organizationWe absolutely know what we are doing and have every intention of helping our clients achieve successI am offended that you are suggesting mislead you and was dishonest as this is our passion and life's work to help others in the career services industryI truly wish you the best of luck in your job search. Here are some important email excerpts between [redacted] and the writer she worked with on my team, Steve:Initial introductory email to her explaining the ENTIRE process and outlining our turnaround times and expectations, including a 7-day revision period from receipt of the draft document:After another email exchange, they both AGREED to have a phone call when the draft was submitted to her for review to talk through everything HOWEVER we just didn't hear from herThe 7-day revision period ended, and as a matter of fact, she finally acknowledged Steve via email on 3/simply asking if she could make any necessary changes to the document hersecomplaints, no feedback provided, nothingShe admitted in her initial report to you that she had not made contact with my company regarding an "issue" until 3/and then she suddenly just called me on that day and demanded a refundThis is a very personalized service and we must have full cooperation with the client as it is extremely collaborative and we don't know the experience and accomplishments of a person without their inputThe fact that she did not even provide feedback and demanded a refund after we made this time available to her AND STILL explained that we'd be happy to make revisions and meet with her after the revision period had ended proves that she is simply looking for a free resume since she got a new one delivered via email and did not want to spend any time with Steve to give US a fair chance to make things right in her mindWe did everything we could to appease her aside from issuing her money back, which like I mentioned before, is not refundable since it is a SERVICE provided and she agreed to the entire process and conditions as set forth in the Terms and Conditions when placing her order. Please view this "Draft Delivery" email Steve sent on 3/along with her acknowledgment of it on 3/in which absolutely NO feedback was shared with Steve regarding the content and quality of the new document:**Please let me know if you would like any additional information, as I can forward you the entire email conversation with her and all notes/documents we have on the project

She didn't state that she was looking for anything in response to her last message and I have already spent hours trying to address her concerns with her despite her unwillingness to cooperate and follow our proven and detailed process (which is what she admitted to in her last note)Please advise at your convenience! Thank you! :) Sincerely,Kristen G [redacted] , PresidentEvolution Coaching, LLC###-###-####[email protected]

Before hiring Evolution Coaching to help me with my resume I contacted Kristen to see if her staff had experience in the financial services industry Kristen assured me that Steve had experience in financial services and would be able to understand the content of my resume Unfortunately, the resume Steve returned is completely unprofessional The parts that Steve added had irrelevant and nonsensical terms and explanations, unclear and redundant sentences, and misused industry terms The original content of my resume was barely rewritten Clearly Steve has no experience in financial services, despite Kristen expressly telling me he does Kristen was dishonest about the capabilities and expertise of her staff
When I complained to Kristen and asked for her to refund my money, she was cordial but refused She encouraged me to work with Steve to revise the original draft I declined Working with Steve to edit the draft would entail taking even more time to explain to him wh

I am rejecting this response because: You can't return a terrible product and then blame it on me because I didn't want to work with you If Steve could have done a notably better job by speaking to me, make sure your writers speak to clients first, BEFORE they begin revisions Once clients receive a re-written resume that is sprinkled with grammatical errors and misused terms it doesn't really engender a spirit of cooperation People feel ripped off at this point They don't really want to sink more time into the process after all the lost time and money Once you get a terrible haircut, it takes a really stupid person to go back to the SAME salon to get it "fixed" I think most people understand this As a service business you have one shot to really impress people You failed. When I first spoke with Steve I said that we should talk before he worked on my resume He gave me a choice: either wait six days to talk and THEN he would start my resume or he would return a resume in six days I had already invested a fair amount of time into pull resources together and didn't want to wait six days to get the process started Steve put me between a rock and a hard place. If you have no idea what I do and the correct language and jargon for the industry, but you plan on fixing all of this once you speak to the client, at least return a resume that has correct grammar Your business is writing based You are claiming to be a professional -- return a professional document that is error free even if the content is terrible.A few suggestions for you based on my experience:1) Always do a review with people who hire you BEFORE charging them I believe in my case, a review would have resulted in me NOT purchasing resume writing Clearly not much needed to be changed in my resume because Steve left most of it virtually unchanged If I had been told from the gthat all he would do would be to add a paragraph at the start and rearrange some things on the page, I would have not purchased resume writing.2) Have your writers speak with clients BEFORE they work on the resume You're claiming your business is a service -- not a product If that's the case, have your writers put in the time BEFORE working on resumes, so clients aren't delivered a totally unacceptable product Regards,

I purchased a professionally written resume and a professionally written cover letter from Evolution-Coaching Resumes on March 02, or March 01, It have been a year and I have not gotten not even one phone interview, one physical interview, no job, and no job offersI pay $for this serviceI feel like I should be refunded my money because their product was of no use to meMy current email address is: ***@***.com I think my email address that I had when I had used them were: ***@***.com or ***@***.com

Paid for a resume and cover letterWas asked to complete a form that details the experience/job description of past rolesIn addition to completing the form, I also sent a very detailed and helpful raw summary of every past role and every different re-write ever done of each job description and accomplishmentsThe writer lauded my effortsBut rather than taking the raw summary information and using it to professionally write my resume, he actually just copied and pasted all throughout the new resume (essentially giving me a document with what was mostly already my own writing)What was his was filled with fluff, grammatical errors, whole repeated sections he obviously did not realize repeating, incorrect tenses etcIt was unacceptableBeing a small business I decided to present the opportunity to the owner for correction rather than immediately requesting a refundWas truly shocked to see her affirm that she was in fact ok with the document produced and did not see an issue wit
