The company failed to provide the free trial I appropriately filled out a free trial request for their softwareThey advertise a day free trial on their website I completely and accurately filled out the trial request The company never fulfilled the request When I emailed back the sales person stated that I had to talk to him to get the free trialI stated I did not see it stated that on their website anywhere that I was required to talk to a sales person to try the software I told the sales person I wanted to try it first and then if interested would be willing to talk to himThe salesman refused the trial saying it is policy that I have to talk him I searched their website again and do not find any policy or requirement for the free trial I believe it is misleading "free trial"
