Evolution Pool Repair

I would not recommend Evolution Pools. The guy who came to check the pool filter was pretty rude. He would not even allow me to complete my sentence.

My pool has been cloudy and the pool filter was not clearing the water. I have my pool maintenance guys come and check everything, the chemicals in water looks good, to double check I also took the water sample to Leslie's and got the same report. We have been running the pool pump continuously for about a week, we could see the water circulating but water was not clearing. We even tried back washing the filter but nothing worked. I submitted a request to my home warrant to check my Pool filter and home warranty send the request to Evolution Pools. When the guy came, he didn't even check the filter and first think he said there is nothing wrong with the filter. He was blaming my pool maintenance guys for not maintaining the pool chemicals.

When I was trying to explain that we have tested the pool water, he would not allow me to complete my sentence. He was in and out in less then 5 minutes, he didn't even check the filter, he just back washed the filter and left.

The worst experience I had ever.

Today I had Evolution pools come out as they were referred from my home warranty. The reason they were supposed to come was to fix my pump as it was turning on but not backwashing or filtering the water. I asked the guy to call me ahead of time because I was at work and he did, so far so good. Here where it goes down hill. We get to my house and he takes a look at the pump for 30 seconds and then starts talking about "who is the it who took this apart?!" referring to my pool pump I guess it was slightly dismantled, I have no idea I just bought the house and thats how it came. Instead of understanding that he proceeds to bad mouth me for the lack of maintaining the pool and then my pool guy because I told him my pool guy came over and treated the water recently. Long story short, he was extremely rude, condescending and he offered no solution on how to fix my pump except that the "whole reason my pump was broken was because we were the it who took it apart" I had enough of the [redacted] talk at that point and told him the get out and I would have my home warranty send some one else out. Never in my life have I been so disrespected by some one I'm just trying to get to fix something. He then proceeded to talk more smack and then made a statement that he was going to call my home warranty and tell them I was the reason the pump broke so they don't cover it!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!! SERIOUSLY DISAPPOINTED!

Excellent service, they went above and beyond to correct the reported issue and to also maintenance related items, though not required IMHO. They really know what they are doing, unlike a few other companies that have come out in the past. I am impressed and will use them again!
