Review: Purchased engine guard ([redacted])for 2002 [redacted] and instead they sent me the wrong item. Talked to owner [redacted] and he said to send it back with amount of shipping on the label so he could reimburse me the cost of the engine guard and the cost of shipping it back to him. I never heard from them until I contacted them and since I have been getting the run around about how their records don't go back that far and they need to check to make sure they didn't already send out another on to me. Now I haven't been able to get a hold of anyone when I call for the past 3 weeks at least. I have all my paper work documenting the transaction and I even faxed it over to them since they couldn't get any of my emails. I need help with these people.Desired Settlement: I would like my money refunded along with the shipping costs and the cost to fax them the documents. $249.95 for the guard, $19.13 for [redacted] shipping and $19.69 for the faxing for grand total of $288.77.
