[redacted] AIM was not ignoring Mrand Mrs [redacted] We were actively engaged with them and their concerns when they decided to go to the Revdex.com They exchanged emails with one of our staff members on March 21, March and March We had gone to the owner for financial concessions before they filed this complaint We were still working with them to resolve the final issue of the carpet clean The owner has already agreed to refund the items in question AIM considers this issue closed

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me Sent: Sunday, April 09, 2:AM Subject: Complaint [redacted] Hi I didn't respond to the company's reply to my complaint because I was waiting to receive the money that was owned to us in the mail before I responded We just got the check today and I didn't get a chance to deposit it I'm thankful they agreed to give us our money back because they should not have charged us for that but I would never do business with them again Very dissatisfied with AIM Realty thank you [redacted] Sent from [redacted] Mail on [redacted]

Park Manor [redacted] We have reviewed Ms [redacted] repair problems concerns There is no record of calls coming into AIM Realty until August There are no emails to the repair department Once she called AIM instead of the City of Houston the items were repaired quickly There is a procedure in place for tenants who feel they are not being heard, it is specific in the lease, and should be followed Ms [redacted] did not follow the appropriate protocol Instead she went outside of AIM to an agency who could not help get the repairs done timely All repairs items have been addressed at this time They were done in September when AIM was contacted by Ms [redacted]

Revdex.com Case *** *** *** *** * *** *** *** *** *** AIM Realty is a property management company, we do not own the homes we manage. Our owners must approve all repairs, since it is their money we are spending. The
particular owner did not respond timely. It should not have taken so long to resolve the issue, and we do apologize to Ms*** for the time delay I have checked with our repair department and the non-working parts were replaced last week. We have been in contact with Mr*** and he is satisfied with the results The above should resolve Ms***’s requested settlement

10.14.15We have responded directly to Ms*** - as appropriate. We will not be responding to any further responses by the ***s and placed on the Revdex.com site. They will need to deal directly with AIM to resolve their issues

Houston, Texas ***
Attached is the letter sent to the ***s from our
company. It is very specific in the
bottom paragraph that any questions regarding the reconciliation should be
directed to us in
writing. Tenants are
asked to provide any documentation they may have. We have not been contacted by the ***s
A couple of notes however:
In response for the water billing, attached is an email
string between our office and Mr*** regarding the water billing. This was in October 2015. Mr*** was asked to send us a copy of
the bill he paid to the water company.
We did not receive a copy. Since
he had a copy of the water bill we paid, they have could just presented it to
the water company and asked for a credit since they believe it had been paid
twice
Whether the new owner took the house “as is” has nothing at
all to do with the new owner. Security deposits are to reimburse the owner
of the property covered by the lease (not any new owner) for damages to the
property.
We have not been
contacted by either *** or *** ***.
We have not been given the opportunity to review their concerns. Going to the Revdex.com for resolution was
inappropriate until they have given AIM an opportunity to review their specific
questions

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint
I emailed AIM twice (as per the emails attached to previous messages) - once to Becky only on 9/and once to both Becky and Bill on 10/I have not received a response to either emailI look forward to speaking with AIM regarding the items we were charged for that were not accompanied by an invoice or photo, as requested on 8/and 9/
