I am wondering if half the problem is that perhaps the people behind this company don't speak much english, and the other half is, they just don't care? I had horrible problems with them years ago when I bought car cameras, then returned them as they were defective, and ultimately they returned one of the cameras to me even though I didn't want it, did not return or reimburse me for the sd card, and did not fully refund me the money on even one of the cameras...not to mention the fact that the returns were REQUIRED by them to be sent out of the country to China, which costs alotAnyhow after they returned the unwanted camera to me, I put it away as I was just totally fed up with the dolts...Now I recently dug the camera out and this one works, however, these weasels did NOT include the required battery that came with it...nor the sd cardSo I contacted them through their website and merely asked for information about the type of battery that was needed for it....not that I wished to buy it from themThey finally responded, and it had nothing to do with my question: "A *** support staff member has replied to your support request, #XXXXXX with the following response:

PS They had a small picture of the battery in the photo gallery, however they flipped the image, I suppose so folks can't easily figure out what kind of battery they need to buy...I flipped the image and found that the camera uses a Nokia BL-4C battery, which is about bucks on Amazon
I ordered a large pillow which was $20 more. I received a pillow that was even smaller than a standard size pillow. Terrible communications. They finally said to mail back at my own expense. After filing a complaint with my credit card I waited. Still getting emails to just send to back to China. Would cost about $30 and have to fill out custom forms. Credit card company not much help. They said to mail it back since I would still be in possession of merchandise. Finally got to speak to a human in customer service and she said they would mail a new one.
Keep in mind that their LARGE pillow is way smaller than even a standard pillow. About 7 inches shorter than a king pillow. Their standard pillow is the size of a throw pillow. Beware!

The case situation:
November 30, 2015 buyer bought online the above-described item and later received the item, not as described on the website. Also, origin of item was not from Florida but from Hongkong (not specified in their website).
December 11, 2015 reported the matter to PayPal ([redacted] & [redacted] to inform them about the disputed item. Buyer was asked to return the item from its origin which is Hongkong.
December 17, 2015 Buyer returned the item (via USPS - 1902 Missouri City, TX) to Hongkong and paid $16.00 for return postage.
Later part of Dec 2015 buyer received a voicemail mssg from the seller, begging not to return the item and she was asking to fix the situation. But if buyer won't agree, she was asking to use the cheapest USPS service because she can only pay $5.00 back. Too late, item was shipped back on 12/17/2015.
2016: buyer checked status with PayPal and was informed that the acct was closed. Declaring "acct closed" is only a code but account can be opened again if response from the seller is obtained. Tracking actually stopped @Chicago, IL. Buyer learned that tracking was only up to US and international tracking would mean another $13.85 more!
Feb. 9, 2016 buyer called up the seller, spoke to Cristina and requested for the confirmation of the returned item in Hongkong, and report the same to PayPal so buyer can be paid back. Promised that request will be raised to their management.
Feb. 22, 2016 still no response, buyer called back again. Buyer was promised by the seller same thing again: that it will be raised to their management.
March 3, 2016 buyer called up the seller but got the scripted response: will raise it to the management. Buyer this time demanded to speak to the management but Cristina won't give in despite heated conversation. Buyer called up after about 1 ½ hrs but Cristina can't deliver any positive response.
If this company is not Revdex.com accredited, where do we report this business scam? Who can police this company? ... and investigate on how the seller conducts their business (unfair business practices), i.e.
â?¢ silent on the origin of their merchandise being sold to US (which affects the amount of postage during return or exchange of merchandise); and the
â?¢ management ignoring/uncooperative of buyers/customers unsuccessful business with them.
From the report I have read fromt his website, how come despite years of fraudulent business with the public they still exist? Owners should be in jail by this time.

I ORDERED TWO DISH CAMs FROM THIS COMPANY AND NEVER RECEIVED THEM DON'T RECOMMEND THEM
