Evolutionary carries a great product, triple pane windows The installation was smooth and quick A noticeable difference in the inside temp of my home...cooler in summer and warmer in winter

I am rejecting this response because:It is very unfortunate I too have an attorney Ms.[redacted] will be representing me I will take this all the way to court I will not allow a company bully me in any way shape or form. I have pictures and documents that support this.

Review: Had Evolutionary install a new GAF 50 Year Warrantee roof, installation not done in accordance with GAF practices. Issues with materials used during installation not following GAF recommend Procedures. Snow Country Ridge cap defective or installed incorrectly. They have made several attempts at repairing it, but always at a non-professional manner.Desired Settlement: Roof re-installed in accordance with GAF recommendation, and written Golden Pledge Warranty, and/or reduction in contract cost so we can roof fixed by a GAF Master Elite Contractor. When I called GAF, they had no idea who Evolutionary Home Energy Solutions, LLC. is. Not registered with them.

Review: They gave me an energy audit and wanted to sell me attic insulation and other small items. They asked how much I could afford and I signed a paper so they could look at my credit. I gave them a deposit. I did not sign anything else. When they called to send someone out to my house I told them I couldn't afford the work and to cancel everything. My check had not been cashed at this point. They said they would have to send someone out to "cancel my paperwork" so I agreed and the person came to my house telling me what a great deal I was getting and how low the payments would be then left. Didn't say anything about cancelling paperwork, didn't get any paperwork out, nothing. They continued to call me so they could deliver my products. I sent them a letter saying that I did not want the installation and I wanted a refund. They still continued to call me so I answered the phone and once again said I don't want it. Then they told me it wasn't that easy. I said yes it is and I reiterated what I said in my letter. It has been almost a month and I have not received a refund yet.Desired Settlement: I want my deposit refunded immediately.

Review: This company performed an energy audit at our house and suggested some energy saving home improvements. We agreed to some insulation installation, a soffit ridge vent, gutters on our garage, and some free/included items. We were told that these installs would take most of a day. On the scheduled date of installment, we found out that only one crew was doing work that day and that the ridge vent and gutters would be a separate crew. They never arrived. Upon calling the company, I could not get an answer as to why they had not been scheduled to do that portion of the work on the same day, or why we had been told so. It has been a month since the original work date. I have had little if any luck getting answers or making progress with the project manager. We have also had some local carpenters come out for second opinions. They have made it clear that they think we are being over-priced for this work, even if it was to be completed.Desired Settlement: We would like for the company to keep the $2907.00 down payment that we have given them thus far, and we will keep the work that has been completed. However, we wish to have no further work done by this company, and for the remainder of our loan, $8319.99, to be cancelled. We feel that we have paid for the amount of work that has already been done. We wish to pay no more money to this company, nor do we want them to return to our home.

We have been in contact with Mr. and Mrs. [redacted], and a date to remedy any concerns has been set for Friday, November 15th at their place of residence. Weather permitting of course.
