Evolutions Volleyball

Review: A $500.00 refund was promised in May. I paid $500.00 for a Volleyball team to play in the Monday recreational 4s league. Unfortunately, they only had 3 or 4 teams in total in this league. This was not acceptable to us. We discussed it with the owner, [redacted]. [redacted] told is he understood and would gladly refund the money. This conversation took place on the first night of the league, June [redacted]. I emailed [redacted] several times in July about the refund, since it had never come in the mail. On July [redacted] finally responded. He stated he was sorry it took so long and that things were crazy. He said it would go out in the mail the next day. A week later I emailed him again. And then the next week, and the week after that, and so on... Today is August [redacted] and I have not received a single email or phone call despite my many many attempts to contact him.Desired Settlement: A full refund.
