I am rejecting this response because: The manager of the Salon did reach out and left me a message on 10/20/She did state they were not sure why I cancelled my appointment ( was due to work conflict), as I just got back into town yesterday eveningShe did offer
to fix my hair at no additional cost When I scheduled the appointment when I went back after the first time ( when they told me come back in a few weeks after giving my hair a rest) I asked the girl (***) if I was being charged for this correction or was there no charge and she replied with " WE are charging you with a treatment and a partial highlight." I was very shocked because the day I left when my hair was done the manager said we want you to be happy and will work with you to correct itI took that as *** and the manager/owner had already spoken ( as they knew I was coming in because I had scheduled an appointment the week before) and devised a plan of what and how to charge me*** was going to be the one to correct and add the highlights to my hair so they should have discussed the details before me coming They had plenty of time to come up with a plan of action to correct this, as it was weeks from getting my hair done to the time I came back in for them to look at it.Per Owners voicemail she said that *** had told her I cancelled but that I never said why and never rescheduled ( that is correct) and then *** later told Owner that she thought maybe it was because of the priceOwner said she then told *** that it was unfair to charge me and that she should not haveOwner then stated ( in her voice message on phone) that she meant to call me and see if that was the reason and let me know it would be corrected at no chargeObviously that never happened until weeks later after I got BB involved. I feel that evolutions had several ample opportunities to correct this properlyThis did not happen I do not feel comfortable going back to the salon and having my hair done thereI prefer a refund ( I will even accept half $75) at this point or they can cover the bill when I go have more blonde added at another salon.
