The original complaint was submitted after the customer was advised by a representative that they did not have the authority to cancel a contractAuthorized personnel were not available at that time to take the call.The accounting manager reached out to the account owner to contact her directly to
discuss the service issues A few days later on 7/12/16, customer contacted the AM After several hours of working together and evaluating the service address, company concluded that the service address has variables which contribute to inconsistent service User equipment was not the issue AM provided customer with a refund of recent service charges and canceled the contract without penalty
