Initial Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2015/06/05) */
Complaint response:
"No documentation was provided prior to service". I have attached the before care instructions that were included in the original appointment confirmation sent to the commplaintant on 2/27/2015.
"Incomplete service": ...

This statement is from the quote that [redacted] accepted upon scheduling and depositing: "Your SMP includes one complimentary enhancement if needed after 30 days from your procedure date and up until 90 days from your procedure date. Any enhancement after will be $500.00." He received his initial treatment and his complimentary enhancement. Our practitioner agreed to provide him with a second free enhancement on her own which we were in the process of scheduling.
"Hard time setting up followup appointment". We were in constant communication with [redacted] and he never expressed any dissatisfation, or distress from the current state of his procedure. He was friendly and expressed nothing but positive comments up until the point at which he filed this complaint.
In regards to his other comments, he asked another patient for drugs prior to his second procedure. He has recently publicly shared that he is removing illegal substances from his lifestyle as it has prohibited him from getting and retaining employment. He has shared that this has caused him to become depressed and that he is suffering financially and he has been forced to give up his home due to his financial distress.
These complaints are an attempt to get back money that he needs at this point in his life.
We made several attempts to contact [redacted] directly to resolve this matter after receiving this complaint and he has not responded.
Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 7, 2015/06/06) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
" I have attached the before care instructions that were included in the original appointment confirmation sent to the commplaintant on 2/27/2015.' I did receive the before and after care instruction, the documentation I am referring to is the documentation and waiver where I am suppose to sign off on. [redacted] the technician told me I was suppose to have sign this documentation prior to the service, and that the owner did lack on organizing the facility in Illinois.
The procedure is meant to provide a hairline for their clients, it includes micro pigmentation, during my first appointment [redacted] did have to stop the procedure due to the excruciating pain I was dealing with. On their website they advertise the procedure as "virtually painless", when I mentioned this to [redacted] she was confused because she said all of her clients feel pain and most have to walk out because they can not deal with the pain. We decided it would be best to stop and reschedule, the second time I went she used injected anesthetics, which I later found out she needed a doctor to be present in order to inject me with a local anesthetic (I DO NOT WISH TO HARM HER JOB AT ANY REASON), I think she did good on the injections as I did not have any complications even though there was no doctor present. I still have visible balding on my "hairline" I was told this would not be the outcome and I needed to wait 21 days apart from appointments and that I would have a solid hairline like their customers.
I did followup by email on May 5th to set up my last appointment was told they would stay in touch soon... I did not hear anything so I followed up again on May 18th, and was told they would have something set up for that weekend (May 19th-21st). I am not one to play "games" and keep reminding someone that is in charge of setting up appointments, and I gave them enough time before writing the complaint on Revdex.com.
"he asked another patient for drugs prior to his second procedure." This patient they are referring to is the same one that yelled at me for walking in while the procedure was being done because there are no private rooms available, which Carmen expressed dissatisfaction on the owners part. I did not ask their patient for drugs, he actually insisted on me taking something that looks like a Listerine strip, which I said numerous times, I then took the strip and discarded in the grass. I walked back into the clinic and used the bathroom and the same patient followed me back, and asked "You didn't throw it away? did ya?" due to the fact he was already making me and Carmen feel uncomfortable with his aggressive demeanor I simply lied and said no. (I'm not sure how this pertains to me hairline service.)
In regards to my personal life, that is irrelevant to their false assumptions. As a teen I smoked Marijuana to help treat my anxiety, after 6 years I decided to finally stop. (I'm 40+ sober :-) ) and I couldn't be happier! I'm not sure why their response states why I can't retain employment? I am a freelance hairstylist and I make good money, I want to pursue my passion ** nursing, which I know I need to be clean from THC in order to be their for my future patients. I am able to find employment anywhere I set my mind to, I choose not to because I make money being a hairstylist. I wasn't forced to give up my home?? My partner and I were planning on moving to San Diego and placed a 60 day notice to our landlord, later decided we wanted to stay, however our landlord had found new tenants, and we are not awaiting for our new home to be ready for us in September, currently we are staying at my sisters. I'm not sure why they feel it was necessary to bring up their assumptions from what they read on my Facebook.
I am able to afford this procedure, due to the circumstances and not having a completed service I do not want to do business with Evolve, and this is the same information I told CareCredit and told them I do not wish to have any contact with them what so ever. I have contacted other companies in regards to my issue so I am able to have a hairline as advertised on their website, I am willing to pay these companies money for the service I am asking for. Currently I have PAID with my own money a lace front, a lace front is a type of wig to temporarily attach to my scalp to cover baldness. I do not appreciate their false assumptions on my financial status.
Final Business Response /* (4000, 9, 2015/06/18) */
