accepted payments. Due to the changes and transition, we waived the late fee.
I notified our on-site team and cc'd Mr. [redacted] of the actions we were taking to waive the fee. The manager confirmed and the adjustment was made to the account. The manager did include Mr. [redacted] to allow him to have written verification.
