Review: I dropped my car off at Mercedes last week to get a full diagnostic. They found I needed a new EGR Valve and spark plugs and quoted me $2681. My coworker told me about Evolve Sport Automotive in Manassas. After a phone conversation with both [redacted] and [redacted] at Evolve regarding replacing my EGR Valve and spark plugs I decided to take my vehicle there because their quote was approximately $850 and they were both very nice and professional over the phone. Evolve had my car overnight. My vehicle was repaired in a timely manner, however when I picked it up I noticed that my driver side lock was completely broken and the heat was not working at all. I contacted [redacted] regarding my findings and he mentioned for me to bring the car in the following day, which I did. [redacted] was very nice and remained professional while [redacted] went off yelling saying "they did not do anything wrong to my car". I told him I just needed to know what happened because it wasn't broken when I dropped it off. [redacted] was very nice and tried to find the issue with my lock as well as my heat, but [redacted] continued to yell. I really just don't understand what happened to my heat and my lock. I was told that because my window wouldn't power down that they forced it down. In my opinion this could have broken my lock. I'm not certain what happened with the heating or electrical system but I really would like these items repaired or replaced.I honestly don't appreciate [redacted]'s unprofessionalism and disrespect when I really just wanted answers, heat and a locked door.Desired Settlement: I would like for Evolve to repair my heat and my driver side door lock.Thanks!
