I purchased a rifle from Kevin *** owner of Evolved Tactical Gun Store in Bremen, GA. The gun was placed on layaway. After paying the rifle off, kevin has refused to send me the rifle or refund my money. Numerous attempts to recover the rifle or my funds have been in vane, as Kevin has stated that he sold my rifle. S
I've provided him with three seperate debit cards to refund the money to, which he has, subsequently, refused. All attempts to recover one or the other have been refused or ignored without offering any reason to why.

Refund I just want my money refunded. That's all I want. I don't want the rifle, as I've already purchased another one from an honorable dealer. I only want my money refunded.
