Hi my name is [redacted] when I sell a automobile and we are doing the motor vehicle we send all of the paper work to motor vehicle and we are at the mercy of them to do the registration and plates as quickly as possibleWe did our job as always but they were late getting the motor vehicle back to usThe customer has received there registration today 05-13-at 3:pmOur goal is customer satisfaction at all times and we are sorry for the incompetence of motor vehicle but that should have no reflection on our company at allIf you have any questions please call me at [redacted] thank you very much

please be advised that the customer is aware of this title problem issued in the state of California such a problem has been resolved last week and the title issued and we will have her plates and registration next week and pass them on to her I deeply apologize for any inconvenience
to whom it may concernwe are a nj dealer , we do send out the plates thru services to be done and we have no control over the speed of department of motor vehicle to speed the process we did explain that to our customer and we have no way to change such situation , all paper work was done from our side in time the delay is from the department of m v in the next couple days we will receive the plates and gladly delivery to customer...................thank you
