Mr. [redacted] provided the invoice before servies where completed. Did not complete the service. Willfully disabled my system demanding payment to fix.Mr. [redacted] was hired on March 12, 2014 to; 1. provide access to purchase a domain name for[redacted] & 2 email addresses. 2. Load 1 of email address on the desk top[redacted]. 3. Clean virus's off a lap-top. He was at the office approximatly 1 1/2 hour working on above task. At approximatly 5 o'clock that same day, he said he had to immediatly leave to go see his mon which I said the new email system is not operationg yet; correct? He agreed yes but he'll fix it remotely. The next day while I'm away from the office; Mr. [redacted] set up a system called "teamview" to remotely access my desk top.I did text him to say I was not happy about getting his invoice before the works even completed. He got immediately belligerent demanding payment. I said he needed to finish the work.Within the hour, one of my new clients calls to say he's trying to send data to my [redacted]@varnerbrothers.com email address and the response is telling him, "address is unknown".I call Mr. [redacted] to say my email address with [redacted] is now not working asking, "What did you do to it?" You had no reason to work on amything in that area of[redacted] other than to sabotage / disable the desk top.I took a picture of the changed data in the POP3 & SMTM information; he changed them to just "a" so the system won't work.Once I figured that out Monday morning; I sent Mr. [redacted] a note at 7:00 AM and a copy of the picture saying he was fired. And that I will deduct the expense to getting the[redacted] system re-established.Mr. [redacted] has continued to harrass and threaten by text, email, calling as well as to others in the office to which he has been warned; I going to file with Revdex.com and further continuation; I shall file a police report.Desired SettlementI deducting cost to have email system re-established from his outstanding invoice. I will not do any further business with him or his ocmpany.Business Response The interaction occurred much differently than claimed by Mr. [redacted]. He requested two tasks. 1. Clean viruses from a laptop2. Setup an [redacted] address via his web hosting account. Both of these tasks were completed in a very short period of time. While on site, he requested a third task of setting up his [redacted] program on a separate computer. He was informed that this would take a few hours due to his software being over 10 years old. After 45 minutes, Mr. [redacted] became belligerent and was yelling and cussing because he claimed 45 minutes was too long for the third task to take. I was asked to stop the project while in the middle of it. This part was not completed per Mr. [redacted]'s instructions. No damage was done to any other part of his system as he claims.Mr. [redacted] has a reputation for causing issues in the business community, and I was advised by his business associates to avoid doing business with him. I trusted that this small project would go smoothly, but he became angry with me just as he has with many others. He has made many false allegations in this statement. I offered to finish the job, and he has refused to let me do so or pay for the services completed.Consumer Response (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)The "setup [redacted] was not completed" and Mr. [redacted] deleted other [redacted] format in efforts of trying to extort his expertise. The paragraph beginning with "After 45 minutes" is completely a bold face lie. Like I said, Mr. [redacted] left the my office to have dinner with his mom while invoicing at the same time. I agree to his not finishing the work. As well, he remotely went back onto the my computer and disabled the [redacted] system. I sent Mr. [redacted] a picture of the changed data the next morning when I client called me to say my [redacted] was not working. As far as Mr. [redacted]'s claims to my reputation (as I really don't give a rats what others think); Mr. [redacted] sure has enjoyed all the referrals I have sent over the last couple years. It will not happen again. As well, I will encourage all of my clients to move from his service as he can not be trusted. All of my statements are true. And because of the complete malicious actions of Mr. [redacted], I'm having a hard decision of paying anything.
