Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 16, 2015/12/22) */ To Whom It May Concern: Hello, I work for the HR Department at Evolving Wisdom, LLC This Revdex.com complaint was brought to my attention on Thurs, Dec 17, so I had to gather some information up before responding Evolving Wisdom is a remote companyOur central mailing address is different from the location of each employee, so when the first letter was sent out, it first went to San Rafael, CAand then after mail is gathered for a few days it is forwarded to the appropriate partyMy supervisor just received this letter earlier last week and she also had to gather information on what happened before asking me to replyThis is what caused the lack of response in a timely manner by Evolving WisdomI used the link to follow the complaint and see that a second letter was sent to Evolving WisdomThat letter has not been received by us as of yet The employees that Ms [redacted] dealt with are very sorry for her negative experienceEvolving Wisdom does realize that there was a delay in responding and getting back to Ms [redacted] and that there were delays in processing her refundFrom my understanding and from what I was told by these employees, Ms [redacted] has been refunded her moneyIt seems that Ms [redacted] was having some technical difficulties after signing up for her course, and the responses issues by Evolving Wisdom offering solutions were delayed, so it lead to frustration on Ms [redacted] 's part This is understandable, and Evolving Wisdom will take this as a learning experience to ensure future matters are handled in a timely manner so that this does not happen againWe certainly want our customers to be happy with the service they receive, and we sincerely apologize that this was not the case for Ms [redacted] We will be using this experience as a learning tool to ensure future matters are handled in a timely manner Thank you for your time! While I appreciate the apology, I do want to clarify somethingsThe technical difficulties I was having included a log in and password [redacted] didn't work for the bonus materials as well the the pre-course lessons crashingThe first took almost two weeks for a response, the second, the response did not solve the problemToday I got an email that went out to the list asking if other folks were having problems with it crashing, so I assume from that, others are having the same problems that I didHowever, even though the email asked the question, there was no way to reply to it as it was a mass email that said "no reply" on the return with no other information on how to replay to emailAlso regarding my refund, when I finally was able to speak with someone about my refund, she told me that she "would send her notes" to the business officeAt that time, I even offered to deduct from my refund for the bonus course, because they eventually gave me a way to access itBut following that conversation several more days went by with no acknowledgment that there would be refund issueSo this forced me to have to contact credit card company that I paid for the course with, Discover, to interveneOnly after their intervention was I offered the partial refund, which I no longer accept due to the extra time I had to take to deal with this situationI think it is only fair I am now offered a full refund, as originally promised for anyone who cancels within days of trying the materials as I didAlso on behalf of other women who may be having similar issues and frustration, I would like to see the company provide a list of specific action steps they are going to take to make the refund process easier and the response rate more timely

At that time, I even offered to deduct 397. from my refund for the bonus course, because they eventually gave me a way to access it. But following that conversation several more days went by with no acknowledgment that there would be refund issue. So this forced me to have to contact credit card company that I paid for the course with, Discover, to intervene. Only after their intervention was I offered the partial refund, which I no longer accept due to the extra time I had to take to deal with this situation. I think it is only fair I am now offered a full refund, as originally promised for anyone who cancels within 30 days of trying the materials as I did. Also on behalf of other women who may be having similar issues and frustration, I would like to see the company provide a list of specific action steps they are going to take to make the refund process easier and the response rate more timely.
