contacted directly by Evom, Inc regarding complaint ID [redacted], however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
Not only were they not remorseful for taking my money and leaving the job undone, they harassed me with phone calls and emails to try bully me into taking down my online reviews in return for nothing, not even an apology.?

Review: I hired these people through [redacted], a website that lets you find contractors and businesses. I have in writing that they would do certain things for $650, my description completely matched the full inventory they saw. Then they were an hour late, haggled their way up $300, and finished only 1/3 of the job. Before they even finished loading my stuff the guy, [redacted], began haggling and asked for $300 extra. I agreed but didn't pay the extra amount in full until they come and finish the job two days later which included junk removal. Now I'm out $760 for a job others offered to do for $400. Basically they took $760 to move 10-12 medium boxes from midtown west to midtown east. The junk removal was the main reason I decided to hire a moving company, which I ended up having to pay $550 to [redacted], a junk removal company, to take care of.Given this was a cash transaction, I can provide Revdex.com full access to the [redacted] account where full communication between me and Evom Inc is recorded. You can see for yourself I described everything accurately and they did not deny getting paid.Desired Settlement: I want a refund and damages in the amount of $760 of which $550 is the fee paid to junk removal and $210 is the additional fee I paid them.
