Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint Sent: Monday, February 22, 4:AM Subject: Re: You have a New Message from Revdex.com Regarding Complaint # [redacted] DuraTech has not contacted me at all in anyway regarding my complaintThey have put zero effort in trying to resolve my issues Sincerly, [redacted]

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint and the proposed action requires modification I’m glad MrG [redacted] agrees he should refund our money However, although we sympathize with his experience with the April 18th, flood, he actually told us on March 3, that the house was ready to be lifted. His staff did not show up consistently enough to even begin the lift between March 3rd and before our home actually flooded again on April 18th, I want to stress there was enough opportunity to complete the lift between March 3rd and the April 18th flood Another critical piece to this issue is that MrG [redacted] is now stating that his company is not able to complete the job, yet on June 11th, 2016, he said the lift would begin If he knows today that he cannot complete the job and believes it’s due to the April flood, then why would he have said the lift would begin on June 11th? This simply doesn’t make sense.Although on June 11th he contacted us to say the lift would begin that day, we believe that he hoped rain would intervene After he asked us if it was raining that day, we told him “no,” and rather than send his crew as planned, he proceeded to offer more excuses why he actually could not begin the lift although he started the day saying that he would It’s evident that if he currently cannot successfully guarantee a safe & expedient lift, due to the April flood, that he was also not capable on June 11th, the very day he contacted us to say the lift would beginHis response to our Revdex.com complaint is the only time we have heard from him since June 13th Regarding a refund, the total amount paid to his company amounts to $54, We expect to be refunded this amount even if MrG [redacted] does not get his SBA loan, and our position is that his solution should be modified to address this pointFurther, we would like him to provide updates on the first of every month regarding his proposed payment plan timeline Regards,

I will report my timing for refunding the customer as soon as I receive confirmation from the SBA as to the date of closing

I’m glad Mr. G[redacted] agrees he should refund our money.  However, although we sympathize with his experience with the April 18th, 2016 flood, he actually told us on March 3, 2016 that the house was ready to be lifted. His staff did not show up consistently enough to even begin the lift between March 3rd and before our home actually flooded again on April 18th, 2016.    I want to stress there was enough opportunity to complete the lift between March 3rd and the April 18th flood.   Another critical piece to this issue is that Mr. G[redacted] is now stating that his company is not able to complete the job, yet on June 11th, 2016, he said the lift would begin.  If he knows today that he cannot complete the job and believes it’s due to the April flood, then why would he have said the lift would begin on June 11th?    This simply doesn’t make sense.Although on June 11th he contacted us to say the lift would begin that day, we believe that he hoped rain would intervene.  After he asked us if it was raining that day, we told him “no,” and rather than send his crew as planned, he proceeded to offer more excuses why he actually could not begin the lift although he started the day saying that he would.  It’s evident that if he currently cannot successfully guarantee a safe & expedient lift, due to the April flood, that he was also not capable on June 11th,  the very day he contacted us to say the lift would begin. Regards,

We are investigating this customers claims and will respond with facts relevant to any claim made.DuraTech Services

Unfortunately, our business was destroyed by the recent flooding. We had 5ft of standing water in our office building for about one week. This destroyed computers, furniture, files and the lower portion of our building. In addition, we lost trucks, hydraulic equipment, electric...

powered equipment, trailers, heavy diesel equipment, vans, materials etc... As with other [redacted] business', we are focused on rebuilding and replacing what has been lost even though we were without flood insurance. I understand this was not timely considering the customers project status. With certainty, we are not quite fully operational in a way that would successfully guarantee a safe & expedient completion. We are currently engage with the SBA looking forward to receiving a disaster loan that will allow us to refund the customer and replace what we lost.
