Sorry for the late reply. The consumer came in store and purchased an electronic cigarette. As a business we make sure (it's #1 priority) that the customer leaves our doors with a working product. The customer states in his complaint that he came in and we fixed the issue, but once he gets home, the... product stops working. User - error is the problem here. And upon purchasing in our stores (almost every other e-cigarette shop has the same rules) we clearly state that all sales are final. Receipts also state all sales are final. It worked from the moment the customer purchased till after he leaves store.

They said that they tested it before I left the store and they did not do that. They wouldnt put any oil in it unless I bought oil from them. I told them I had plenty of oil at home. I didnt like the oil they had. The employee said that the owners wouldnt put oil in it unless I paid for it. So when I went home and filled it, it didnt work and all of the oil leaked out. Took it right back and they wouldnt exchange it then I asked for my money back and they said no. They worked on it, got it working. The time I left and drove back home it quit working again and all of the oil leaked out again. Went back the next day and they no exchange or refunds. They worked on it again and it worked for about a half a day and all of the oil leaked out again. So I went and bought another one at a different location. I also have a letter that I wrote up and there employee signed it and took pictures.
