I am rejecting this response because:
On the contrary; I absolutely love my carrera marble counter topI however do not like the fact that EW granite mismeasured my backsplash and countertopEW Granite sent out their salesperson, Amanda O**, who was only employed for weeks by themAmanda mismeasured my backsplash/countertopI now have to pay additional monies to a different company to uninstall the 4" backsplash and reinstall unattractive 1/round marble pencil pieces all along the back wall to cover up the huge gaps from EW's mismeasurementsI gave Jordan T*** ample time to rectify this issue but I never heard from him after many failed attempts (I had already paid them in full, $3700.00.)
Jordan told me he'd re-send someone over but never did.
I had my attorney send Jordan T***/EW Granite a letter on 10/1/2015, who has yet to hear from Jordan/EW Granite.
Sincerely,

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

There are so many changes in the story of Ms. [redacted]'s its hard to continue to follow what is going on.  She called me literally crying on the telephone saying that she did not like her counter top and that she wanted us to come out and remove it and replace for no extra cost to her.  As I mentioned we tried several times to rectify the situation with her and she was not happy with the outcome.  The gaps in between the wall and the marble are due to the wall not being flat, not the stone.  This was also explained to her as well.  We try our very best to scribe the back of the granite to match the flow of the wall but it is impossible for there not to be any spaces when the walls are not flush or level.
Again, as I also mentioned we have yet another piece that was cut to go behind the stove in Ms [redacted]s kitchen,  during which process it was explained to her that she would need to have a 2x4 placed behind the stove to hold up the stone, she mentioned that she didnt have anyone to do this and our installer said that he would also do that for Ms [redacted] at no addition cost.  We did receive the letter from the lawyer and were under the impression after said letter and her negative feedback on Facebook that she would not be interested in having us come to her home anymore.

I am rejecting this response because:
Again, very simple....I'm unhappy with EW Granite as they mismeasured my counter/backsplash from the on-set.  I'm not going back & fourth here. I'm simply informing the Revdex.com that I had an awful experience with EW Granite and they chose not to rectify their mistakes with my kitchen. I don't want anyone else going thru the same issues as I went through. Thank you again for your time.
Sincerely,
[redacted]

Ms. [redacted] was unhappy with her choice of stone from the beginning, during the template process it was unclear if there needed to be a backsplash piece behind the stove.  after the project was installed and paid for Ms. [redacted] informed us that she needed a piece for behind the stove....

While being unhappy with her choice, she also mentioned that she wanted us to remove the stone that was just installed and replace it for free, something that we are unable to do as she made the selection and paid her bill, thus seeming that she was happy with the product.  We then fabricated a piece of back splash for Ms. [redacted] that she was unhappy with the color on, we then fabricated a new piece that was a better match and got a letter from her attorney and now this complaint from the Revdex.com.  It has been unclear from the beginning of this project and complaints what Ms. [redacted]s intentions were.If there are any other questions please feel free to contact me at my office.Jordan T[redacted]

It seems that this complaint was placed to your company in the midst of this project being completed because [redacted] have,in fact, received all goods and services agreed upon in the initial contract and also sent a check, paying the balance of their invoice....

On our end, the [redacted] are satisfied with our service and handiwork. So please advise otherwise, because I don't think they would have sent a second check (dated 5/21/14) if they weren't satisfied.
Thanks,

Review: Company mismeasured granite for my backsplash. After paying them in full, they promised they'd be back to install the missing piece of backsplash.

They never returned to complete the install after telling me numerous times they'd be back.

Stay away from this company.Desired Settlement: Id like for them to uninstall the backsplash that they installed because now my kitchen looks incomplete without that missing piece plus a refund for what I paid.

Review: Business was scheduled to install three granite countertops and sinks at my residence on the afternoon of 4/18/14. Wife took afternoon off from work for this purpose. E.W. Granite never showed up to perform work. Called business repeatedly for an explanation. Received no callbacks. One time even after being told "I will call you back in five minutes." I have already paid $1,500 deposit on this contract and have received no goods or services or explanatory callbacks regarding same.Desired Settlement: Money/ deposit back
