The customer was present in the car,when someone ran a stop sign at a way stop.Customer nor employee called police or asked other driver for insurance info.the insurance company of the other driver called Pace's & interviewed the owner
& driver..They said they will handle the damages to the car & Paces is not at fault.Mr*** called months later !! & says my car is not running the same, since the accident.we scheduled a time for him to drop off the car & we inspected it..it needs a overdue tu& thermostat replacedThe car has 157,miles on it & has never had a tune up done.That is why the engine is running poor & the thermostat is stuck openReason for no heat
he asked about the bumper being replaced & we responded by asking about the insurance company contacting himHe said " I will call my agent & get that info,I don't remember that & did not write down the information"
days later he calls & says im picking up my car withe hour..When coming into the office we asked what did the agent say ? And Mr.*** said give me my key's

CAR WAS TOWED TO PACES,HOURS AFTER *** HAD BROKEN HIS FUEL LINE AT SUPER AMERICA GAS STATION.WHY WAS HE TRYING TO REPLACE A FUEL FILTER AT THE GAS STATION?? TO FIX A DRIVEABILTY PROBLEM?..THE LOW PRESSURE FUEL LINE IS NOT AVAILABLE.FUEL
INJECTION HOSE WAS USED TO COMPLETE THE REPAIRTESTED & NO LEAK! THE CAR WAS NEVER PUT ONTO A HOIST TO BE LIFTED..WE CHARGED THE ACTUAL TIME THE REPAIR TOOKWE TRIED SEVERAL TIMES TO CONTACT HIM AT THE PHONE NUMBER GIVIN & HAD NO RESPONSE..WHEN CONTACT WAS FINALLY MADE,HE WAS GOING TO DRIVE THE CAR TO A TRANSMISSION SHOP FOR REPAIRS OTHER THEN FUEL.THE CAR WAS NOT DRIVEABLE FOR OTHER POWERTRAIN REASONS.WE HAD EXPLAINED TO HIM THAT WE ARE NOT WILLING TO DIAGNOSE HIS PROBLEM AS HE HAD SAID EARLIER CONVERSATION(I DONT HAVE MONEY UNTIL THE FIRST OF THE MONTH)..THE CAR SAT HERE SEVERALS DAYS & WE ADVISED HIM IT WAS GOING TO IMPOUNDED BECAUSE OF ITS ABANDONMENT..THE CAR SAT FOR SEVERAL DAYS OUTSIDE.WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIMED DAMAGE TO THE CAR.THERE WILL NOT BE ANY REFUND MADE..WE DID OUR JOB COMPLETE & UP TO INDUSTRY STANDARDS..THERE IS NOT GOING TO BE A REFUND OF ANYSORT..AS FOR THE TRIM MOULDINGS & MUFFLER,WE ARE NOT SURE IF THEY WERE EVEN ON THE CAR WHEN IT CAME IN..THE CAR HAS TAPE HOLDING SOME MOULDING'S ON IT..NOTHING WAS SAID TO US WHEN THE CAR WAS PICKED UP

As Stated"YES I had a problem with "drivability" and stopped at S.Aas I had a replacement fuel-filter for the carbeurator in my glovebox"! When I "Left" my car at S.AIT HAD A MUFFLER INTACT!!! Paces said they would have to have it Towed to their siteI agreed, and I was told:" The car should be READY next TUESDAYI called on TUESDAY and the MECHANIC said he was just going to pull it in! WHY? did it "Sit" in their LOT until Tuesday, if I was told it should be READY by them WHY? would it NOT be ready as THEY are Open from 8a.m.-2p.m.on Saturday's? When I received the Call from whoever is IN-Charge their I was told to "Get it off of their LOT, or it would "BE MISSING" come Monday, I was not told that it would "BE IMPOUNDED" But I made every EFFORT possible to Have someone HELP me "Tow" it Home after My Attorney "Paid" the bill, and it DID NOT RUN, when I tried to start it, as I was "TOLD" by the Mechanic that He "Tried" to "Test-drive" My car and it would NOT go " UP Moreland Hill"!!! His word's NOT MINE! and I "towed" it with my friend home on 4/26/as I didn't want it to be "Missing" on Monday, While we "Towed " it home I had to keep my eye on the rear-view mirror so Traffic did not build up behind me and "IF" my muffler would have come OFF while towing it home, SOMEONE behind me "Would Have Honked at ME!" Once it was HOME, from the "Lobby" of my Hi-rise I "Looked" at my car and noticed that the Muffler was "Missing" and I contacted My Atty , and The Revdex.com and "Filed" My complaint! When I Personally,(as a Mechanic's Son who Grin the Garage ) LOOKED under the Hood I ALso noticed that a Vaccum hose was broken, and another Hose was off of the base of the "Carb", and the car STILL would NOT start! Now, WHY would the Mechanic "LIE" to me and Tell ME that He HAD the car running? when in fact that was a "LIE"?????and as far as them DAMAGING the Moulding, which there is NO tape Holding ANY MOULDINGS on my car as it is an ANTIQUE, and I would NEVER put tape on my mouldings!!! O.KThe supposed MECHANIC had "Told ME that He "Pushed" the car to the "Position" I picked it up in, and I DID NOT FULLY INSPECT my car, I had repair work done there on another vehicle, and was Given The UTMOST RESPECT as a Viet-nam Veteran, I DIDN'T Believe that they would "DO" such SHODDY work this timeYou can check with ANY Mechanic to ask How long does it TAKE, to put on a 6" Hose to repair a Fuel-Line? It will NOT BE HOUR which is What I WAS CHARGED! I DO EXPECT them to "Replace" my Muffler at the Very Least!Now they "Claim" that they are NOT RESPONSIBLE for any Damage while it was outside, BUTT, while it was "ON" their property as advised by My Legal Counsel, THEYR ARE RESPONSIBLE when they ACCEPTED to "Repair" MY car, and If it sat outside on Their Lot, It certainly would "Appear" to the Public that they were Very Busy, wouldn't it? I DO NOT, in ANY WAY,SHAPE or FORM, accept THIS, and I WILL be adding MY COMMENT'S to thei "Website" for ALL to READ! Thank-you
