Delivery was 63 weeks on a promised 14-16 week timeline. We will never purchase another machine from this business and have blocked them as a potential vendor. The owner of the company is a very poor communicator and had a very flippant attitude during the entirety of the project.
Review: We ordered a machine on July 12 2013 with the terms of being delivered in December. We still have not recieved the machine and keep getting the run around about a ETA. We are currently out $26,000+ on our deposit. I've requested it be delivered by the end of this week but I know it will not be.Desired Settlement: We are requiring delivery beofre June 25th or will be taking leagal actions. We would also like some sort of proof the machine is being built.
