This company is very hard to reach to cancel a trial.
I tried to call to cancel the CBD Gummies trial I received and could not get in touch. I tried for weeks and they then charged my account $77.21 for something that doesn't work. This is unacceptable. I have been in contact with them via email since September 20, 2017 and they keep saying the refund is in process and could take up to 30 days. Today is Day 87 from he beginning of the correspondence.
I would like a refund of the $77.21 for the returned, unopened product that was received in Tampa on 09.28.17 via USPS Priority Mail. I did not order this stuff but could not get an English speaking person to cancel the trial when I finally did reach someone.
