We ordered bedroom furniture for our son and paid in AprilWe were told it was a week turnaroundBrian stopped having any contact with us in June I finally called every week until we finally picked up the bedroom furniture in August Our furniture was HORRIBLY made It looked nice, but there were no drawer slides on the dresser, so drawers just slide out (on top of a 3-year old when he is not careful!)The back of the dresser is basically cardboard, and combined with the lack of drawer slides, it popped off the first day There are no separators between the levels of the drawers (dust covers)The bed was the wrong size, and has some major blemishes in the wood I contacted Brian, and he blamed me for rushing him He offered to replace it if I would not rush him I have not heard from him, and I don't expect to Unfortunately, I wanted to support a local business and pass on furniture from my hometown area to my son Instead, I got ripped offThis furniture won't last another year
I have been a customer of Ernest Wardner Designs for a couple of years now Each time I order, I get exactly what I expectThe craftsmanship is phenomenal, the pieces are beautiful and the price can't be beat It is custom furniture, so you have to know that it doesn't get made overnight, but it is well worth itOn top of the work they do, I also very much appreciate what the do to support our veterans

Sadly I was also ripped off! Paid Brian May 5th to receive most of the furniture the first week in November. Bedroom furniture was made horrible. Even came and picked the furniture up and "fixed" the sliders. Well there is still gaps in the drawers! The kitchen and coffee table I like!! But the TV console I also ordered May 5th has yet to arrive and probably won't since they have gone out of business!! But "everything" I ordered was finished.. It was also really hard to get in touch with him or for emails to be answered ! There was also always some excuse for him not responding to emails or phone calls being returned when he did email you back. To which I told him that was not a way to run a business.
