Placed order on the website for a chair on May 4th. At time of payment, the website said the chair would ship on May 20th. The cost was $375.19 and was paid by CC through Paypal. I was finally issued a Fedex tracking number on May 26th. However, the tracking clearly showed the package didn't actually ship. I contacted customer service via email and Facebook to request information on what was going on and they said that Fedex didn't pick up the order and it would be picked up the following Thursday. That Thursday the tracking showed again that it was not picked up. After being told it would be shipping soon I requested a refund via email on June 9th and received a confirmation that it would be processed within 24 hours on June 10th. I never received a refund. On June 15th Fedex picked up the package from E-Win. On June 16th, Fedex updated the tracking to state there was an exception and the package could not be delivered due to too many shipping labels on it. I have communicated this to E-Win several times and again asked for a refund. I still neither have the chair I ordered or my money.

I requested a pre-order to be canceled and refunded before the order was due to be shipped out. The company responded initially, asking me to confirm that I would like the order to be canceled, which I did confirm. Weeks went by with no refund, and numerous attempts to contact the company went unanswered. I contacted them via ***, ***, and through the contact form on their website because they offered no phone number. The order arrived on my doorstep on 6/11. As of 6/17 I was finally able to have a conversation with an employee via the "***" chat client, which appears to be a new installation. I was informed I will be charged $40 for their initial shipping fee, and will have to pay the cost of shipping the item back as well. According to the *** website, when I input the weight and dimensions of the package, this would cost me AT LEAST $93.21. Meaning, I will be out a minimum of $133.21 due to this company's negligent business practices. It's one thing if they take the $40, but I don't feel I should absorb the additional estimated amount (per the *** website).

I purchased an EWin Hero Series Ergonomic Computer Gaming Chair for my son for Christmas on 11/29/2019 for $251.00. After two months of use the chair broke. The lever to keep the back in place stopped functioning and the frame was tilting to the left. Not straight anymore. It was unusable. My son used it for some gaming and college courses. I purchased this chair because they advertised it can hold upto 350lbs for long periods of time. My son is 6 foot 5 inches and 240lbs. Well below what the chair advertised. He also did not use it out of the ordinary. When we contacted EWin Racing the first time, they replaced the chair. Within a month, the same thing happened. It is unusable again and sitting in the hallway. I have tried to contact EWin Racing through their website and their customer service has been almost non existent. They asked for my order number and when it was purchased. They asked for photos, to which I sent and then ask for a video to which was also sent. Since then they have never responded. It has been many months of me trying to email to no avail. There is no phone number to contact them. I do have the all their emails from the limited time they did talk to me. Once they see the problem all communication stopped.

Order was purchased on good faith of "Item Guaranteed Ship Out by Next Business Day." advertised on the product page. Another section indicated a pre-order item would ship in 2 days. Purchased product, and a day after item was said to pre-order ship, contacted support. Support responded the next day indicating that the order was received 2 days after their website (and receipt) indicated. Agent also indicated that it would be here 2-3 weeks, and that "if they had inventory left" then they would ship it earlier.

Each day, the "pre-order ship date" is 2 days FROM that day you look at it. Shipping guarantees are fraudulent. My last reply to was either read and not responded, or ignored.

Also, still have yet to receive $20 "registration bonus" towards first purchase.

On 4-28-2020 I ordered a desk from this company, after much communication with their customer service department and false promises on a shipping date repeatedly I decided to cancel my order and request a refund. I was told my money would be credited to my account by the end of the day which was yet another lie. This company seems to be a scam in my opinion, I would advise highly to avoid this company!!! You won't receive your order at all!!!

I ordered a gaming desk on April 17th on pre sale set ti ship on May 16th. With no notification it was delayed to the 20th, then 25th, then 29th, then June 1st now the 5th. I've contacted customer service several times ( this is how I found out it was delayed) as I'm requesting my money back, now they won't return any emails!!! I want my $318 back.

The company sells gaming chairs and the steel frame in my chair bent. I was told on March 29 that the seat was broken and they would replace it in the next shipment which would've been at the time April 10th. On April 13th I was told the shipment was positioned to the 15. Then it was not until the 25 of April I was told that instead of fulfilling my warranty they sold the entire shipment and wanted me to wait until May 20th when the next shipment would come in.

I’ve worked with this company and they have worked with me. As a up and coming streamer I look for brands who take care of the people who buy their product and EWin is one of those companies. They make amazing products and back them up with amazing support. This is a company that is well worth your time.

quality of chairs is okay but customer service it just awful. Completely unacceptable, poor communication skills, near impossible to get a hold of them if you have an issue. If you leave a review on their website that they don't like, or in other words it isn't 5 out of 5 stars, they will delete it. Look on the website, all you see is nearly perfect reviews.

I ordered my chair almost two weeks ago, it was advertised that it would ship the same day from when I ordered it. Two days pass and it still has not shipped, contact customer service whom tells me that my order was on backorder. It comes in to their warehouse about a week later and was shipped the next day, according to them. They gave me a FedEx tracking number which has not been updating. I called FedEx and they said that they had never recieved the package. Company has no working customer service phone number, and are not answering their email or social media.

Over the course of about two months Ewin Racing company has sent me damaged products and I have sent them back, but the new ones they send arrive damaged as well. I have requested refund at that point but they convinced me to wait two days for them to ship me new part again. It has been over a full week and no new part or tracking number. I have since requested my refund, a second, third time, and have received no response from this company about the part they were going to ship or about my refund. This company is ignoring my communications. I just want my money back!

I ordered a Chair through the website on August 13, 2018. It is nearly 2 months later and I have not received my chair. All replies have stated that the chair is on back-order status. I would not have ordered this chair if I had known that it was on back-order. Next time, I will order my chair from someone else. 0 out 5, but I have to enter a star.

I purchased an office chair and received it damaged. I returned the chair to them over 4 weeks ago. I have sent countless emails and Facebook messages and just got into contact with them last Wed. They told me it would ship that day. After waiting over the weekend for a shipping confirmation (which I did not receive) I submitted another email and a Facebook message. I got a responce on Facebook saying they had forgot and they promised to ship the chair today September 18th with shipping confirmation. This still has not happened. I have all emails sent and received saved for proof of my conversation. I would call and actually talk to someone but thier number immediately goes to a generic voicemail. It's very hard to get a responce from them at all.
