We received a new contract for our homeowners insurance from GSugg Insurance via the mail and saw that the premium was going to go up by about $ I called the agency and [redacted] took my call I told her what we had received and she said that she would review our policy and call me back in a few minutes She did call back in a few minutes and informed the reasons behind the increase She said that she ran our home through a cost calculator and determined that the amount of dwelling coverage used by Erie was too high She gave me the new numbers, which seemed very reasonable She then told me that based on these new coverage amounts that our annual insurance cost would decrease by about $ She then explained how she would cancel the new policy that had just gone into effect and issue a new one She also said that we would likely receive some type of notice from our mortgage company about the cancellation of the insurance, but said that we should contact her and that she would contact the mortgage company to explain the situation All in all, we were very pleased with the service provided by [redacted]

I had called to get a quote and even though [redacted] could not write my policies, she took the time to explain the coverage's to me and what I should change and add with my existing policyshe was very patient with me and when my situation changes I will be using Suggs Insurance to insure my family
