This towing company is the worst I will not be addressing the unprofessional staff or the offensive smell in the office However, I do want to state Cox-Reilly ILLEGALLY towed my car from a private business that I personally received permission to park my car My personal opinion is this company is conducting an "illegal towing scam" I believe if you are parked "illegally" it’s only right you reap the consequences, but if you are NOT parked illegal where is the justice I did NOT pay the amount the company was attempting to extort from me however, I did retrieve my car The private company where I parked my car LEGALLY and with their permission paid the fees So the question still remains how can a towing company go onto a private lot WITHOUT permission or request from the company and two a car? (Revert back to my personal opinion above) I understand all aspects of business and this type of business practice is questionable, unethical, and borderline illegal I am researching now what are the statues and laws towing companies are given to see how customers are be protected from these type of scams

I looked into your situation again and you may have been a paying customer but when you leave the property you must take your vehicle with youThe signs in the lot clearly state if you leave this lot without your vehicle it is subject to immediate removalLooking into your time complaint, the time on the tow slip is 7:pm which is the time your vehicle arrived at our locationYour vehicle was removed from burger king approximately minutes priorUpon reviewing my camera footage again I did however see your mother stumble a little just after she shut her door walking towards the rear of the carI have checked my parking lot where this happened and have found nothing wrong with the blacktopOur towing of your car was well within the law and the property owners rulesWe would like to resolve your complaint by giving a refund in the amount of your towPlease contact [redacted] to arrange paymentThank You

after I read the complaint I had a meeting with [redacted] who was involved in this matter he could not remember any reason why she would say he was rude or racisti then went to the video of the office to see what happenedi saw her come in and [redacted] show and explain the letter from the property management and was calm.she then called her landlord and gave the phone to [redacted] to speak to them, [redacted] explained what had happened that the property management sent us a letter to tow all cars with tags expired beyond weeks and that hers were expired over weeks and she was towed and the landlord completely understoodwhen [redacted] gave the phone back to her she become very angry with [redacted] because she thought it would go differentshe gave [redacted] her credit card he ran it and asked her to sign she only signed an x [redacted] asked her to please sign it correct,she did but made her more angry I saw [redacted] was very calm and she wasn't I saw [redacted] handle himself very professional and we work on that very hard here to treat everyone polite and courteously and never with racism, ever

well my apts hired this crew to put in theses windows.they left trash in my drawer to dresser in bedroom and flower bed.I told supervisor,he didnt even look at me when talking to him.he just said ill talk to them.well it was a month later when they came back and had to put support up for up stairs.so the next day when I go out side to water plants there is I guess a 2xboard on ground for support right where my plant wasa jade plant.it was there the night before and the next day the board was there and a root from ivy they dug up.well if they threw it away they would have thrown the ivy away.also I had a little fence around it being my property.when I showed supervisor where his board is my plant was there he said figures he agian did not look at me and I called the buisness on 3-17-and a man came to phone I told him I had issues with supervisor and crew he said no I didnt well yes I did.so there I am I have pics of ivy and the board where my plant was

The personnel associated with this business are some of the most arrogant, antagonistic and un-professional people I have ever had the misfortune to deal withThey towed my car from a lot that was not clearly markedThen unloaded it in their impound yard into a pile of snow that was so deep they had to pull it out with a chainThey really have quite a profitable scheme going on in Newark and ElktonI can only hope that karma takes care of them in the end

I have been taking my cars to Ewing's for about yearsThe service is great and they have reminded me about warranties on parts several timesI recommend this place to my friends and family
