Bought several computer parts through Superbiiz and [redacted] (another big parts company.) I received the parts from Superbiiz firstI like that they ship via UPS (a very well known shipping company.) Where the other big company used ontrac (an unreliable shipping company that uses a 3rd party for delivery.) I have since used their site several times and have never had any problems

Four days after placing my order I contacted the company to see why it hadn't even begun to be packagedOnly after I asked did they tell me that my credit card information was incorrect, when it hadn't been at allI reassured them it was correct, and finally seven days after placing my order it got to "released for distribution," still on the opposite coast During this time, customer service took at least hours to respond to any followup emails sent, and despite the package being in their warehouse, stated that they were now unable to add any form of expedited shippingThis was my first time shopping with Superbiiz, but I would not return to them, or advise anyone to do business with them It has now been days since they responded to two emails I've sent, really abysmal serviceNaturally the parts also haven't shipped

Superbiiz customer service on returns, particularly if you have submitted original upc from box for rebate is poorPtepare for weeks of runaround MAnufacture refurbishing and distust of original purchase even within the return period Goim on month without project motherboard Now they want restockin fee for return of product that never worked WILL NEVER USE THEM AS SOURCE AGAIM

I am going to break this review up into multiple parts: company policy and customer representative serviceBut first, I will give a little background information to my situation
I'm a college student with a limited fund for spending on a decent gaming computerWhile I have never put together my own computer before, I've had the help of multiple people that have done it many times beforeTheir guidance has helped me optimize the parts I pick and made sure that I put them together with their due care and patienceBecause of my limited funds for this computer, I went through the time and effort of going through the online sites and making sure that I was getting a decent price for them, which meant that for some things I had to wait a bit of time in order to make sure that funds were available when I needed the partBecause I am not an avid computer builder, I have no way of testing the parts to make sure that they work immediately upon arrival until I have my build in order to test it
Of course, while I got the parts well within a short amount of time of each other, SuperBiiz (and some other companies besides) have a policy of days to open and test the product in order to make a claim for a returnBecause I had to pick the parts over time, when I put together my rig and found that my power supply was a DOA I requested a return only to find that because I had breached the days time period (by being about a month outside of the days) I would only be able to receive a replacement/repair from the warranty services of the product
SuperBiiz refused my request for a refund because I was outside of the 30-day time period, which was within their right to do, but does not take into account the time it takes for the assembling of the rig nor the fact that I received a defective product(Whether or not I had only just opened the product, because I bought it a month prior I was not eligible for a refund.) I was informed that the only option would be to send the item in to the company in hopes that they might repair or replace it under warranty
On searching for instructions for the item in order to turn it in, considering that I am not just going to hold onto an item I can't use, I was informed that I would also be responsible for the shipping for the item in order to get it serviced or repairedSo not only did I receive a DOA piece of equipment, but I have to pay more money in the hopes that I can have a functioning piece at all
On dealing with the customer service, there was absolutely no leeway and no attempt at even making sure that I was happy with my serviceNo concern was given as to the effect of the situation on me, but simply that I would have to spend more in order to have a working piece of equipment at all
I will be contacting the company itself in order to see if Seasonic will stand behind their product and rectify the situationI would advise that if you have no means of testing the equipment you receive from companies that have this 30-day policy within the time period, do not buy from them at allYou would be better off finding a local store that is willing to price match than getting scalped by big companies with poor policies
Also, this company is not Revdex.com accredited, which means that they are under no need to comply to resolving customer issuesThere's a reason they're not

Extremely poor customer service, not very willing to work with customersI bought a GTX 970, and after discovering Amazon, Newegg, and others offer partial refunds I wrotee to Superbiiz asking if they would do the sameThey said no in a very dismissive emailThe card was around $when I bought it, which was a decent amount more than the average price other online stores were selling it forI cannot return the card, either

It has now been 2 days since they responded to two emails I've sent, really abysmal service. Naturally the parts also haven't shipped.

SuperBiiz customer service was extremely helpful with the processing of my order. I order 2 part on a Sunday and received a call from their customer service on Monday. I entered the wrong expiration date when making my purchase, and they helped me to correct this. They were extremely patient with me when I was out of the house and trying to find my credit card to give them the correct information. The initial call still had the wrong information, my fault, but the follow on calls fixed this issue. I ended up misreading the expiration date on my credit card (it was really worn down). During all the calls that I had with them, they were extremely polite and courteous. I will be using them again in the future.
