Hello,       Thanks for the mail. First of all we do not make cold calls. All our marketing & lead generations are done online, through digital marketing. We only make calls only when we receive a lead & has put on a interest to be called. Secondly, we have...

checked & cross checked our records, we do not have any records of [redacted], that any calls have been made.         All our calls are made from ###-###-####, which is mentioned is our website. Pls do ask her if it was this number she had received the call. We are sure that there was no calls made from our number. We completely comply with the DNC policy. She can also check the itemized phone bill for our number, we are sure she would not find it as we understand that some other company mainly our competitors are using our name to make such calls. Such things are not in our control. We are here to do business maintaining all the compliance, not cause harm or defame ourselves.We make customer satisfaction as our first priority & our business flourishes rather more on reference than on digital marketing.        The best things to do is to check the number that the customers are receiving calls & tell them that they are going to call back to check the authenticity.

Review: EWSS agent called on the phone and told me that my computer was going to crash at any time. He told me that he was representing [redacted] and that he could repair my PC if I let him have access to my system. He than told me all that was wrong with the PC and that hackers from Germany were accessing my files because they had disabled the [redacted] Security System. Than he wanted an online payment to repair my PC. When I refused to pay he left my PC with his software on it. He called back and told me to pay so that return my PC back to it's original form. I told him that he was blackmailing me and I was going to contact the Revdex.com, that's when he finally hung-up the phone.Desired Settlement: [redacted] needs to be aware of companies like EWSS using their name to contact people and threaten them.

Review: The phone number for Electronic World Support Service belongs to several other company names with different addresses. On 04/**/15 I purchased a plan with them. On 4/**/15 I tried the first time to call and cancel. I've called several times within their time frame to cancel and get a refund. IF they answer they hang up. I went through [redacted] to try and get my money back but they said it's digital and they don't cover that in their protection plan.

Today I actually got to talk with a woman from EWSS and she said that my records show a charge back to the bank on 04/**/15. I have to deal with the bank. That is a lie because there is no charge back according to [redacted]. I called the company back and asked for proof and they hung up.Desired Settlement: I want a full refund either to myself or back to [redacted].
