*** *** regarding the repairs to the *** *** *** *** *** miles 101,repaired under *** *** *** ***, date of loss 3/14/(right front damages), Excalibur Auto Body concedes the existence of a vibration to the of the front, end of the vehicle which is on the opposite side to the point of impact of the insurance claim*** *** took delivery of her vehicle and paid her insurance deductible in the amount of $on 3/18/17.*** *** returned for diagnosis of the vibration on 3/24/and was advised that the vehicle had worn front suspension parts and rear motor mounts and as these were on the opposite side .of the vehicle of the main point of impact, *** *** was advised to contact her insurance adjuster as these items would be most likely deemed wear and tear therefore unrelated to her loss, however *** *** would have to approve or disapprove the items needing maintenanceAt no time did Excalibur Auto Body or any representative state to *** *** that we would not repair her vehicle but recommended that she first speak to her *** adjuster for the above stated reason(s). • Page 2 April 3, 2017Should she prefer to do so, *** *** may obtain an estimate from her trusted mechanic and present the quote to *** for review and approval. To date Excalibur has no knowledge if *** *** reached out to her insurance adjuster or if they have approved or disapproved the items needed. If *** *** will not cover the worn suspension parts and motor mounts, Excalibur Auto Body or her mechanic shop of choice can provide *** *** with a customer pay estimate for the cost of the repairs and perform the necessary repairs at the owner's expense.Should you have any questions or concerns kindly feel free to reach out to us at your earliest convenience. paid for the repair out of pocket We did also receive a phone call from the person responsible for the damages to the Escalade She informed us that the ***s were insisting she pay for their transmission issues, which have been deemed unrelated to the loss at this time We advised that should the ***s persist in perusing the issue with her it would be recommended to involve her insurance company to handle the issue further We have not heard back from either party at this time other than this letter from the Revdex.com dated 6/23/16. At this time we consider this matter to be settled however should you need any further documentation or have any concerns please do not hesitate to call or email me. I am writing a rebuttal on behalf of myself according to the information that Excalibur wrote to the Revdex.com. They have told several lies in reference to this claim. My truck was working fine before I took my truck in ad now it's not working at all. There was never anything wrong with my reverse. My truck has always passed the aims tests. It's never been in the shop. I will also get a written statement from a mechanic, that nothing was wrong with my transmission.Thanks,[redacted] & [redacted]Also. The 3rd party whom paid for my truck to get fixed has submitted a letter on behalf of the claim in which they lied and said she told them that I had insisted on her paying for my transmission.
