Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: The house has not been initially completedWe did not put the concrete on the siding we did not scuff scratch or scrape the sidingThe foam board he used is exposedAndy said it would be buried, Its not.The dirt is closer than six inches to the siding in spots.The drip edge is all bent up.The patch job on the gutter needs to be fixedReplace gutter.The utility room is a mess spray foam all overThe water lines are fastened to my heat duct.Metal trim edge some are dented and scratched.The garage door have damaged the sheetrock.The heat duct were never cleanedsawdust sheetrock dust carpet pieces.The insulation needs fixed in basement a lot of pieces are to short and leave gaps.The refrigerator is not centered under the cabinet, filler was not installed properly or at all.The chase door leaks water, gets behind siding.The trash at the edge of lot.(rebar cement chunks steel posts)So the house being done for the first timeNO We tried to get them to come back but they are always waiting for materialsThis is ordered or that is ordered.I do not agree with the weather days at all we drove by everyday if it was cold or bad weather they worked insideHe needs to come finish and fix these thingsHe was given a list numerous times Regards, [redacted] ***

It is unfortunate Mr*** made an investment in an oil
*** that did not produce as expected.
The *** did look promising at first and we did post on our website at
the testing point that it was producing oil at testing but that production did
not lastThe *** did
produce gas at the time of testing the second zone but
once again it was put on production we will was only producing only water. The cost to produce it was greater than the
revenue so a decision was made to cease the operationNo investors received
any oil revenue checks
Mr*** is to receive paperwork from Wolfpack in the form
of a K-which he needs to file his federal tax returnThe *** operators are
completing the accounting and once we receive it will turn over the work to our
accountants to complete the investor K-1’sWe have little control over the
accountant’s timeline and have asked they expedite the mailing of the investor
K-1’sFederal law and the investor *** documents Mr*** is in possession
of clearly states the K-due date to be mailed to investors is March 15th
We are working diligently to get Mr*** his information at the earliest
time

Mr[redacted] can check with [redacted] that what
little oil and gas the [redacted] did produce it went to pay the royalty owner and
the rightaway to the pipeline and Wolfpack Oil did not receive a penny from any
oil and gas salesMr[redacted] must understand that we did everything we could for all our investors but the [redacted] was not what we thought it would be and that is the risk we take in investing in oil and gas.
