I am rejecting this response because:my issue is not with the $deductibleIt is with the fact that you sent me a company to repair my heat and once you denied the claim, you did not do anything to help me when that company disappeared and never fulfilled their promise to repair my heat (which I agreed to pay out of pocket)You should research these companies' reputation and history to ensure they don't scam your customersI called for one week asking for help, it is now weeks later and still the company has not contacted me

claim is approved or denied, as per *** ***'s home warranty contractIf *** *** has any other issues or questions, she should contact her home warranty company
