To:Revdex.com ,THIS JOB STARTS AS A FREEZE UP CALL BROKEN PIPES IN WATERHEATER COMPARTMENT FROM TUB FAUCET THIS MOBILE HOME IS VERY OLD IN AGE (non typical) plumbing mixed up of different types break was at floor and other spots as this happens next we had to remove and reset waterheater as a
new oneWE just installed this months ago telling her she needed to repair plumbing to tubSHE DONT REMEMBER!! IT was very cold minus temperatures out side where most of work was preformedYes two men were required to remove waterheater and reset he still assisted main service techWe didn't touch shower head their was no caulking to do this shower area is old and nasty and needed replaced so we had no action to caulkTub faucet comes with its on sealWe made all needed repaires installed extra insulation and a waterheater blacket to protect, we did a good job and we don't leave messes as I have done a lot of work for her she is mad about service call of $everyone is charged this travel trip to job we cut hour off the bill because we went to town to get parts that are not to standard work. As a close we are making attempt to please her but we don't see this as she does you cant please everyone and cost are not the same in extreme weather nor do we pay our help lessShe has signed our invoice clean receipt of satisfactory repairsPlease have her send pic s of the bath you will seethanks, Damon Fravell

I am rejecting this response because:Yes, the bathroom is old, and yes it needs remodeled, but that doesn't mean that you can come in and do something to make it worseThe hot water heater was removed and time was taken to see if they could fit it into the bedroom closetWhy am I paying for that time? Then as you *** stated it is 24" off the ground and the width of a hot water heater, how can people work in that area? *** also stated that the tub faucet was leaking when he changed out the hot water heater on a previous day, why didn't he replace it then? I also have been going through all the invoices from Excalibur and have noticed some discrepanciesFirst of all we were quoted a price of $to move the mobile home and install it as it wasI have notice now that we have paid for things that should have been included, such as tire rental, miscellaneous fasteners for room extension, anchor system, and other thingsWhen we received the verbal quote, the quote included everythingBut I assuming this is how he makes moneyThen he goes up on supplies by percent then adds taxes on to that.I think this has been a real lesson into how shady people can be.I did text *** on 1/25/with pictures of the work and what I believed should be doneHe returned my test letting me know he would get with me to discuss this on 1/26/I have yet to hear from him.Sincerely,

I am rejecting this response because: the pictures attached are what the rub area looks like nowBecause I was charged for people to work in an area that only one person could, the area of the hot water heater could only accommodate one personThere was rime spent on tryin to put the hot water heater in the bedroom closetThat there is now another hole in the shower wall, that was not caulkedWhen looking on line, I found the same product at were installed at half the costThere is exposed pressed board wall in shower now, that is around the faucetI have since spoken to two home repair services that have said the job should not have cost more than $
