Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 5, 2015/08/31) */ First time hearing this complaint; it feels very inappropriate to resolve it in this mannerAlthough an issue may have been brought to the attention of our staff, the issue was never relayed to me nor the request for a refund Our company runs several programs and trains thousands of kids per year; every dispute we've ever had has been resolved in a cordial mannerIn years of operation this is the second request for refund for a reason other than injury, family emergency, or illness A refund check has been issued in the amount of $329; we already have a discipline policy in place as evidenced by the removal of kids from camp earlier this summer Athletic camps by nature can be challenging at times, but open communication on both sides tends to solve the large majority of issuesThat is how we operate at all of our locations and is the reason we have a very positive reputation I apologize about your camp experience, as it's not typical, but would have appreciated a phone call in advance of thisThanks Initial Consumer Rebuttal / [redacted] (2000, 7, 2015/09/01) */ (The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.) your response angered me and further proved my pointI did speak with the staff both via email and over the phone who told me they would speak with the ownerIt was at that point they stopped communicating with me( did not return messages) This being the first time you have heard of my request for refund and my safety concerns just validates the lack of communicationThis was the only way that was left for me to handle the situationThe staff I spoke to said " there is nothing they can do about the the two kids fighting" and that "it had been going on all summer" so maybe the discipline plan needs to be communicated better to you staff so they know they are not powerlessthank you for the refund

A refund check has been issued in the amount of $329; we already have a discipline policy in place as evidenced by the removal of 2 kids from camp earlier this summer.
