Hello,Attached is the agreement signed by member The agreement clearly states that the membership is for three months and then will auto-renew on a month-to-month basis unless written notification is provided to the studio of cancellation The member proactively went into the system to
remove her credit card without providing cancellation notification Therefore, charges continued to build and after nine months went into collections The General Manager offered the member the option of paying for the entire three month commitment or a $early termination fee The early termination fee was less and both options were less than the nine months of membership costs that had accrued The membership is not based on usage of the studio.Thank you,Brent ***Owner, Club Pilates Arbor Lakes
