Excel Carriers provided great service.Excel Carriers did not charge one cent over the estimate.The movers were rushing to stay within the estimate.This customer did not even tip the men a single penny.The customer told the men in the beginning she would take care of them.The customer received all their boxes.The customer had sofas that did not fit in her new place.The men pointed out to her that they may cause a little damage in trying to make an attempt to bring them in.The customer said she really needed the couches inside her new place and that she was responsible for any damages that may occur.The estimate was for hours.The estimate would have gone over a half an hour in order to set up the furniture.The customer did not want to pay for the extra time.This was a great estimate and the situation with the sofa's not fitting in the new place was clearly blamed on us.I am totally shocked to even see this complaint.We even delivered the sofas for free to a friend of the customer.They had to tip the men and pay for the fuel,that was the deal.The customer did not pay a single penny for this.The customer said this free service will be accepted and in return she would fix her own scratches to the wall which the sofas caused.during several attempts.Excel showed up on time.Excel did not charge a single penny over the estimate.Excel also made a free delivery of the sofas to a new location which was not included in the original agreement.Excel also gave the customer free mattress covers, and packed free glass items in order to help save this customer money.WE ARE ASKING THE Revdex.com TO VOID THE COMPLAINT.THE REASON BEING THAT WE DID NOT CHARGE A PENNY OVER THE ORIGINAL AGREEMENT.WE ALSO WENT BEYOND TO HELP THIS CLIENT.THANK YOU Revdex.com

I am rejecting this response because: I had items broken and missing, with no Liability InsuranceThere was no BOL Bill of Lading or total final bill

The client has contacted us and we will work out a the problem.Excel Carriers will be giving money back to the client to settle this matter

After all my research into this matter, I have found out that Excel Carriers was not responsible for this bad experience.Excel Carriers was hired as a contractor to do the local pifor [redacted] (Owned by Mike S [redacted] in [redacted] )[redacted] since then has gone out of businessExcel Carriers was paid a fee of $for their part of my moveThe owner of Excel Carriers which is Anthony D [redacted] , has forfeited his company’s $fee to me as compensation for his part in this transactionI would like to report to the Revdex.com of NJ that as far as I’m concerned ,this is acceptable compensation.I would like to close this complaint on a positive note.I would also like to thank the Revdex.com of NJ for all their help in this whole processI can honestly say, I don’t think I would have been compensated without you guys!!!! The owner of Excel Carriers which is Anthony D[redacted], has  forfeited his company’s  $750 fee to me as compensation for his part in this transaction. I would like to re-open this complaint.  The company has been not communicating with me over the past month...

after promising to send me a check as partial payment.  I put together spreadsheets and sent pictures of all the damaged and missing items.    Please advise me of next steps.

I am rejecting this response because: I've sent bank statements to this company and my bank has called them numerous times. They claim that the money will be sent back every time. But no money has been sent.  It's all lies.
